Membership Applications 2025

An online application form will be used for membership applications for the 2025 school year. 

Please use this form to apply for membership.

Please note: 

• School membership ($140) is the best option for a school that has 3 or more teachers.

• Teachers who teach at multiple schools are advised to get an individual membership (Early Bird $60 by end of Term 1, $70 from Terms 2-4).

• Pre-service teachers are eligible for a reduced fee membership ($30)

Membership benefits include: 

• Japanese Calligraphy Competition (Year 3-12) (saving $30 on entrance fees)

• Japanese Poster Competition (Prep-Year 12) (saving $30 on entrance fees)

• Japanese Speech Competition (Year 3-Year 12) (saving $30 on entrance fees)

• Eligible to apply for the Japanese Language Consultant (JLC) to work at your school

• Reduced registration fees for our biennial conference

• Professional learning opportunities

• Japanese teacher networking opportunities
