It is famous for its oil and flame resistant property, and we use them in drag chain applications with minimal bend radius. Halogen-Free - Its Significance
Cables are called halogen-free if they are made of materials containing salt-forming chlorine, fluorine, bromine and iodine. In addition, the insulation and cladding of these cables are made of polymers based pure hydrocarbons. Thus, we find only water vapour and carbon dioxide are emitted and nothing else during the burning process.
Today, most of our industrial production units are working with mineral oils, alkalis, and coolant emulsions in challenging environmental conditions.
