Call for Papers
Covid-19 is now giving a great impact on the world. We are staying home and using many of web services. Since we must keep social distance, SNS is playing an important role to communicate. The role of e-learning and LMS system also changes. We need a new way of using web services and social media.
International Workshop on Web Services and Social Media (WSSM) encompasses a wide range of topics in the research, design, and implementation of Web related things, especially, social activity on the Internet. The first workshop on WSSM-2012 was held in Melbourne, Australia. This time, we are honored to hold the 9th workshop on WSSM-2020 in conjunction with the 23th International Conference on NBiS-2020. The workshop may be an online session due to covid-19. This workshop provides an international forum for researchers and participants to share and exchange their experiences, discuss challenges and present original ideas in all aspect of Web Services and Social Media. You are invited to submit papers in these areas and welcome to participate in the workshop. We welcome not only research papers on WSSM technology but also reports on requirements of WSSM in all domains.

Paper Submission
Authors should submit a paper to the WSSM-2020 workshop with maximum 10 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references. However, authors can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment. Papers must be prepared using the Lecture Notes Style of Springer Proceedings. Submission instructions can be found at the web page at: http://voyager.ce.fit.ac.jp/conf/nbis/2020/.

All accepted papers of the workshop will be included in the NBiS-2020 conference proceedings.
Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the workshop. Please do follow the announcement on the NBiS-2020 website.
