Google Certified status is something to be proud of. It recognizes the efforts you've made to use the Google tools and to encourage creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking in your classroom. How do I earn Google Certified Educator Level 1 status?

1. Complete the Educator Level 1 Fundamentals Training
2. Complete the Chromebook Devices Training
3. Practice what you've learned in the classroom with your students
4. Review the requirements at the Google Certified Educator Level 1 site
5. Register for the Level 1 Exam
6. Pass the exam

How do I earn Google Certified Educator Level 2 status?

1. Complete the requirements for Educator Level 1 (see above)
2. Complete the Educator Level 2 Advanced Training
3. Complete the Android Tablets Training
4. Practice what you've learned in the classroom with your students
5. Review the requirements at the Google Certified Educator Level 2 site
6. Register for the Level 2 Exam
7. Pass the exam

How do I earn Google for Education Certified Trainer status?

1. Review the requirements at the Google for Education Certified Trainer Program site
2. Complete Educator Level 1 & 2 certifications (see above)
3. Teach or co-teach GAFE trainings for your colleagues
4. Complete the Trainer Course
5. Register for the Trainer Skills Assessment
6. Develop your Trainer's Resume (click here for an example)
7. Create a Trainer's Video (click here for an example)
8. Request three (3) references from your colleagues
9. Submit your application (deadline December 5, 2016)
