Read through the instructions of the Trading Places game so that you are prepared to participate. Identify different species found in wild and domesticated areas.

Review the Spices Supplemental material to familiarize yourself with spice names, plant parts used, spice origin in preparation for the Spices activity.

Bring both print outs to your lab, to save on paper print on both sides.
