You must not Doubt what you Say
When you Decree your Miracles
God our Father loves each one of us as much as He loves His Son Jesus (John 17:23).
And He is longing to bless each one of His children as soon as we ask Him for a blessing (Isaiah 30:18; Mark 11:24).
However, even as we believe that we have received our miracle after our prayer, and begin to make our decrees and declaration that the miracle has come, we must not doubt (Mark 11:23-24).
If we doubt in our heart that what we say will happen, then our miracle cannot manifest.
Mark 11:23
Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.
We doubt God after making our prayers and decrees by saying at the same time:
"Why does God not want to heal me?
"Why is God not blessing me with a job after all these months?
"Why does God not want to change my husband's behaviour?
"Why is my wife still so selfish and mean to me?"
Instead, if you have asked God for a blessing and believed that you have received it (Mark 11:24). you should be saying the following without ceasing:
"By the wounds of Jesus, I have been healed.
"God has blessed me with a good job and good bosses and good colleagues.
"God has given me a good husband.
"God has given me a good wife.
If we have prayed to God, and have believed that the miracle has come (Mark 11:24), and have begun to declare and decree the miracle (Mark 11:23), but at the same time we speak words of doubts as those above, then we are being double-minded.
And double-minded people will not see their miracles.
James 1:6-8
6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.
8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.
When we doubt God in our heart, it reveals our lack of faith in God's promises and in His power and love, including the following:
(1) When we doubt God in our heart, we actually do not believe in His promise in Mark 11:24 that we HAVE RECEIVED our miracle the very moment we ask God for it.
And if we do not have faith that God has given us the miracle, then we will not see the miracle, for Jesus has said, "According to your faith shall it be done to you" (Matthew 9:29).
(2) When we doubt God in our heart, we actually do not believe that His power is greater than the power of the devil, so that He is able to heal us, deliver us from our distress, and change the hearts of those we are praying for.
Instead, when we doubt God in our heart, we are indirectly believing that the devil and the world and the carnal human nature have greater power than that of Jesus.
(3) When we doubt God in our heart, we are telling God that He is not a faithful God who keeps His word.
We are telling God that he is an unfaithful God who does not honour His promises to heal us, to deliver us and to change the hearts of men.
(4) When we doubt God in our heart, we are telling God that He does not love us as much as He loves others, who always walk in great miracles daily.
This is a lie of the devil because God says that He loves each one of us as much as He loves His only Son Jesus (John 17:23).
Therefore never doubt in your heart the words you are saying as you decree the miracles of God over your own life or the lives of others.
It grieves our Father's heart and blocks the manifestation of His power and glory in our lives.
Keep on believing and decreeing the miracles God has given you and the miracles will manifest in God's perfect timing.
Nothing shall be impossible for you when you learn to decree your miracles in faith (Matthew 17:20).
A TESTIMONY
GOD TURNED AROUND MY COLLEAGUE'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME
Sister CY:
"I had a colleague [Colleague A] that used to pass down some of her jobs to me even though we had the same seniority.
This scenario become more and more severe until at one point, I just confronted her and said, “Can you take back your job this time?”
However, she was quite unhappy and said that she has quite a lot of work to do, so can’t I just help her out?
I went back to my room very disappointed and told my other colleague [Colleague B] about the incident.
This colleague had quite expected the outcome and she asked me to give up on the Colleague A.
However, I told my Colleague B that although we humans may have no way out, God has.
I told her that I am going to pray over this matter and ask God to change her and speak to her.
My friend just smiled at me and said to me, “It is impossible lah!”
That night, I just said a simple prayer to our Abba Father, “God, only You can change her; speak to her, let her know her own responsibility and let Your justice prevail in our office.”
I believe that God has given me my answer and I thanked the Lord for it.
The next day, while driving to office, I keep on declaring that “In Jesus name, I will have good colleagues!” many many times.
That day, our department had a meeting that was supposed to be handled by my first colleague [Colleague A].
As usual, her meeting became my meeting and I had to handle it, including setting up meeting rooms, writing minutes, etc.
However, just right before the meeting started, my first colleague suddenly came to me and said “CY, let me write the minutes”.
She apologized to me for what she had done to me and took back most of her job.
At lunch time, she even told my second colleague that she felt sorry for her attitude towards me, and rearranged her time-table with my colleague so that I no longer needed to handle her tasks.
Praise God!!!
I never expected God to answer my prayer so quickly!
Our God is a mighty wonderful Abba Father!!!
Hallelujah!!!
COMMENTS (Brother Andrew)
1. Pray short prayers.
In this testimony, a short prayer was all that was offered to God.
God is not deaf, and knows what we need even before we ask Him.
(Matthew 6:7-8)
2. Always believe that God has answered your prayer the very moment you prayed (Mark 11:24).
3. Therefore begin to declare and decree the blessing you have asked God for.
E.g. , "God has given me good colleagues," as in the testimony above.
4. If we do not believe our prayer has been answered, and we do not decree the miracle, then we will not see the miracle manifesting (Mark 11:23).
If you doubt and speak words of doubt, no miracle will manifest.
5. Keep on decreeing until you see the miracle with your eyes.
In this testimony, the miracle manifested the very next day after prayer and decreeing the miracle.
6. However, even if the miracle is not manifested instantly, God will manifest it at the right time.
Meanwhile, during the time when the miracle has still not manifested, God wants you to develop the gift of patience and perseverance, and not give up decreeing his blessings over yourself and over others.
