Dear IFN Family,
The godly use or misuse of money by the children of God determines the blessings and curses of God in this life and in eternity.
In this month's Prayer Focus, let us pray and decree that the Church of Jesus Christ will always use the money that God has given to us in a godly manner,
... both individually and corporately,
... so that we build God's Kingdom on earth,
... please our Father's heart,
... and lay hold of the gift of eternal life from God, and not end up in eternal fire.
Therefore, let us pray as follows:
Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name.
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven---in every nation and in every person on this earth.
Give us this day our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins, and the sins of our forefathers, as we also have forgiven those who sinned against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever and ever.
In Jesus' name. Amen and Amen.
1. Abba Father, we thank You that all Your children have been taught by Your word,
... concerning the godly stewardship of money,
... so that we can use our wealth to help the poor and needy,
... so that we can use our wealth to bring in the harvest of souls into Your Kingdom,
... so that we can bring our wealth to the House of God, that there may be food for the servants of God,
... so that the Church have funds to do it's ministry,
... so that we can receive continuous revelation from heaven,
... so that we can bless others with our offerings, as we are led by your Spirit,
... so that we can lay hold of the gift of eternal life that You have given to us, and not end up in eternal fire,
... etc.
(LUKE 12:33; LUKE 16:9; MALACHI 3:10a; MATTHEW 6:22; 2 CORINTHIANS 9:11; I TIMOTHY 6:12; MATTHEW 25:41)2. Abba Father, thank You that You have given us the grace to always use our money in a godly manner,
... so that we can live a life that is godly and upright, and holy and pleasing to You,
... etc.
(TITUS 2:11-12; ROMANS 12:1)3. Thank You that You have called us to be intercessors for all men in all nations,
... intercessors who can build Your Kingdom on this earth, in all men, in all nations, as it is in heaven,
... by standing in the gap and repenting of the sins of all men on earth,
... and by building up the walls of the nations through praying for and decreeing blessings over all men,
... and in this way, Your people are transformed into a people who always practice godly stewardship of money,
... etc.
(EZEKIEL 22:30; REVELATION 12:11 GNT)4. Abba Father, we thank You that You have made each one of Your children a priest and a king,
... to rule and reign with Jesus on this earth today,
... bringing our prayers and petitions before You as a priest,
... making our decrees as a king,
... so that when You answer our prayers instantly and perform our decrees, Your rule and Your Kingdom is established on this earth,
... and all Your children walk in holiness, just as You are holy,
... and all Your people always use their money in a godly manner that is pleasing to You,
... etc.
(REVELATION 5:10 NKJ; MARK 11:23-24 ESV)5. Thank You that as we repent on behalf of any person on earth, You will forgive the sins of that person.
... In this way, the devil no longer has the legal right to destroy that person,
... just as the devil is unable to touch Jesus in any way because He fully obeys God's commands, and did not sin.
... and instead, You have the legal right to bless that person, according to our prayers and decrees,
... etc.
(2 CHRONICLES 7:14; JOHN 20:23 KJV; JOHN 14:30-31)6. We thank You that when You do what we decree and declare over all men on this earth,
... no one can stop You from answering our prayers and decrees and stop You from blessing these people.
... No demon or man or witchdoctor can stop You when You answer our prayers, according to what we have declared and decreed,
... etc.
(ISAIAH 14:27; PROVERBS 19:21; 21:30)
ISAIAH 14:27 NIV, ASV
27 For Yehovah of Hosts has purposed, and who can thwart Him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?
7. We thank You that You have answered us immediately the very moment we prayed the Lord's Prayer.
... Therefore, the Kingdom of God has come into this earth as it is in heaven, into every nation and every person on this earth,
... Therefore, the Kingdom of Heaven is in their hearts.
.. Therefore, heaven is in every family and home, and in everyone on earth,
... and the will of God is done in their lives,
... as it is in heaven.
... Therefore, Your great grace is with them at this hour to always use their money in a godly manner,
... in and outside Your Church,
... as it is in heaven.
... etc.
(MATTHEW 6:10; MARK 11:24; LUKE 17:21 NKJ)
1. Abba Father, we acknowledge that in everyone in all nations on this earth,
... including my nation,
... that it is our sins and the sins of our forefathers,
... that have given the devil the legal right to bring death and destruction to the people in all families in this world,
... etc.
(JOHN 10:10; EPHESIANS 4:26-27; REVELATION 3:1-22; DANIEL 9:8; NEHEMIAH 1:6; LEVITICUS 26:40)2. We acknowledge that
... all our sins and the sins of our forefathers, all the way back to Adam,
... have destroyed the lives of many people and families and their descendants, and nations,
... causing untold suffering, misery, and desolation to them,
... etc.
(ISAIAH 1:23; 3:14-15; 5:22-23; 10:1-2)3. We acknowledge that
... all these sins have brought curses to everyone in all nations,
... to every family in all nations,
... and to our siblings,
... and to our descendants,
... etc.
(EXODUS 20:5; DEUTERONOMY 28:15-68)4. We therefore right now confess to You,
... all the sins of everyone in all nations on this earth,
... all our own sins and the sins of our forefathers,
... all the way back to Adam,
... etc.
(2 CHRONICLES 7:14; LEVITICUS 26:40; NEHEMIAH 1:6; DANIEL 9:8)5. Forgive us for our sin of racism,
... cursing and condemning people of another race,
... instead of loving our neighbours as ourselves,
... not acknowledging that everyone on this earth is made in Your image and is precious to You,
... not believing that You love all men and have sent Your only Son to die for the sins of all men,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 22:39; GENESIS 9:6; JOHN 3:16)6. Forgive us and our forefathers for cursing Your Ancient People,
... for despising them, for hating them, persecuting them, murdering them,
... for speaking evil about them, instead of praying for them and blessing them,
... for teaching others the false "Replacement Theology"---that Your plans for them have been replaced by Your plans for the believers in Jesus,
... thereby bringing upon ourselves and our descendants, Your ordained curses, in all nations on this earth,
... etc.
(GENESIS 12:1-3; ISAIAH 44:7)
7. Forgive us for all our sins of idolatry,
... worshipping demons and false gods and false teachers, and dead ancestors,
... making pacts and covenants with them to receive their power and blessings for us and our descendants,
... making vows on our own behalf and on behalf of our descendants to serve these false gods and demons and false teachers and dead ancestors forever.
... We renounce all such covenants that had been made between the devil and ourselves and our forefathers,
... through these false gods and demons and false teachers and dead ancestors,
... in all nations on this earth,
... etc.
(EXODUS 20:3; GALATIANS 5:20)8. Forgive us for our sins of idolatry,
... worshipping creation instead of the one true God, Yehovah, the Maker of heaven and earth,
... worshipping the sun, moon and stars, and rocks and trees, and animals of all kinds,
... following the ideologies of man instead of the ways of God in our government and personal way of life,
... including ideologies such as communism, socialism, evolution,
... humanism, atheism, polytheism,
... satanism, freemasonry, traditions,
... "special knowledge" that contradicts God's word,
... teachings of false messiahs, etc.,
... and using oppression and compulsion and deception to force others to follow these ungodly ideologies,
... and not allowing them to make their own choice concerning their beliefs,
... etc.
(ROMANS 1:22-23; COLOSSIANS 2:8; 1 TIMOTHY 6:20)9. Forgive us for our sins of idolatry,
... when we treat money and possessions as our gods.
... making them more important than You,
... putting the seeking of wealth and possessions as our first priority in life,
... instead of seeking first Your Kingdom;
... not being willing to use our wealth and possession as You have taught us in Your word,
... and when You have directed us to do so by Your Spirit,
... thus causing great darkness to enter into our lives, instead of Your wisdom and revelation,
... which in turn leads to great tragedy and calamities for ourselves and our children,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 6:24; 1 TIMOTHY 6:10; MATTHEW 6:23 NIV MARGIN)
10. Forgive us for our sins of idolatry,
... when we love people more than we love You,
... people including our spouse, our parents, our children, our relatives, and others,
... using them as excuses not to obey the commands of Your word and not to follow Your Spirit,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 10:37; LUKE 18:29-30; DEUTERONOMY 13:6-8)11. Forgive us for our sins of using witchcraft
... to receive demonic blessings and to control and destroy the lives of others,
... including playing with the spirit of the coin,
... reading tarot cards and horoscopes,
... practising palm-reading, feng-shui, reflexology, yoga, martial arts, tai-chi, chi-gong, etc.
... drinking charmed water, drinking holy water from temples,
... keeping temple objects in our homes,
... consulting mediums and witchdoctors,
... keeping furniture and souvenirs, books and videos, pictures and photographs, clothes and jewellery, stamps and red packets, coins and currency notes, and dolls and decorative objects, etc., with occult images and symbols and occult connections;
... keeping charms and talismans for blessings,
... putting curses on others in order to destroy them by invoking the names of demons;
... dedicating our marriage and family members to demons for special blessings,
... doing demonic dances and exercises, and singing demonic songs,
... and taking part in demonic rituals and celebrations,
... etc.
(GALATIANS 5:20; REVELATION 21:8)12. Forgive us for our sins of misusing Your name, the name of Yehovah, the Maker of heaven and earth,
... or the name of Your Son Jesus,
... using Your name or the name Jesus as a swear word,
... cursing You and blaming You for all the calamities in this world,
... forgetting Your name,
... concealing Your name,
... suppressing Your name,
... substituting Your name with other names not found in Your word;
... making oaths by invoking Your name, instead of letting our 'Yes' be 'Yes' and our 'No' be 'No',
... making vows and covenants, agreements and contracts with others which invoke Your name,
... and sinning thereby because we were not able to fulfil all the conditions of our vows and covenants;
... killing others and oppressing others and stealing from others,
... and using Your name to justify our evil acts,
... etc.
(EXODUS 20:7; MATTHEW 5:33-37)13. Forgive us for not proclaiming Your name as holy,
... for not honouring Your name and exalting Your name in all that we say or do or think,
... for not fearing Your name, Your presence, Your greatness and Your glory,
... for treating Your name and Your presence with contempt,
... for disregarding Your commandments and laws,
... for not believing in Your word,
... for presuming on Your grace to always forgive us, and purposely sin,
.. etc.
(MATTHEW 6:9; REVELATION 15:4)14. Forgive us for not entering into our Sabbath-rest in Christ
... by not believing in Your promises,
... by not obeying Your commands,
... by not doing what You are doing, but doing only our own things,
... by not going to Jesus, and learning from Him, and taking His yoke and burden upon our lives, so that we can find rest for our souls,
... etc.
(HEBREWS 4:3-11; MATTHEW 11:29)
15. Forgive us for not honouring our father and mother, natural and spiritual,
... for not submitting to their godly counsel and advice,
... for rebelling against them as we grew up under their care,
... for not showing gratitude to them for all their hard work and sacrifice in bringing us up in this world,
... for judging and condemning them for their weaknesses and failures and shortcomings,
... for neglecting them in their time of need,
... for cursing them and abusing them with our words and deeds,
... for not spending time with them to encourage and bless them,
... etc.

... etc.
(EXODUS 20:13; MATTHEW 5:21-22; REVELATION 21:8)17. Forgive us for our sins of

... causing untold destruction and misery to ourselves and others and our descendants as a consequence,
... etc.
(EXODUS 20:14; MATTHEW 5:27-30; GALATIANS 5:20)18. Forgive us for our sins of stealing,

... swindling others with business scams and unjust practices, and false promises and contracts,
... cheating others in our business deals, thereby destroying many families and lives,
... not paying our workers and servants what is rightfully due to them,
... thus bringing many families into poverty and financial desolation;
... stealing from God what belongs to God,
... not giving to God the tithes and offerings due to Him,
... not obeying Him in our financial stewardship, being selfish and self-centred,
... ignoring the cries of the poor and needy that God sends to us;
... stealing from our government by withholding our taxes,
... stealing from our government by our corrupt practices,
... abusing our administrative powers and authority as government officers through withholding the financial aid due to the poor and needy,
... and stealing from them what rightfully belongs to them;

... using our influence and power to amass wealth for ourselves through evil and wicked schemes,
... etc.
(EXODUS 20:15; EPHESIANS 4:28; 1 CORINTHIANS 5:10-11)19. Forgive us for our sins of giving false testimony against others, in a court of law or outside,
... and also when we slander others, gossip about others, condemn others, judge others, grumble about others, falsely accuse others,
... and tell half-truths and outright lies,
... thereby causing division and strife, and destruction and great suffering to many families and their descendants;
... when we make covenants and agreements with others, in our families, in our workplace, in our businesses,
... in the political arena,
... and in all areas of our governmental formation and administration,
... and do not honour these covenants and agreements,
... thus betraying the trust placed on us by the people and by God Himself;
... when we pervert the course of justice, and suppress the rights of the people, in all areas of governance in all the nations;
... when we do not follow the spirit of the constitution and the law of the land,
... but use the law to oppress others.
... Forgive us for creating and propagating fake news to deceive peoples and nations, calling good evil and evil good,
... thereby causing peoples and nations to fall into error and destruction.
... Forgive us for manipulating the electoral process in our nations' elections, so that the persons who were to have been rightfully elected were deprived of their victory,
... etc.
(EXODUS 20:16; REVELATION 21:8)20. Forgive us for our sins of coveting what belongs to others,
... giving rise to greed and discontentment with what we already have,
... giving rise to jealousy and envy,
... giving rise to gossip and slander,
... giving rise to division and strife,
... giving rise to all kinds of schemes to cheat others of what is theirs,
... etc.
(EXODUS 20:17; GALATIANS 5:21)21. Forgive us for our sins of pride,
... not living a life of total dependence on you,
... not submitting to Your word and to Your Spirit;
... having a haughty and arrogant attitude towards others,
... not giving You the glory for all the blessings we have received.
... Forgive us also for our sin of pulling down strongholds and principalities and powers in the nations,
... something that Jesus never did, something that Paul never did,
... thus sinning against God because of our spiritual pride and ignorance and foolishness,
... thus opening a door for the devil to destroy us with sicknesses and disasters.
... etc.
(MATTHEW 5:3; JAMES 4:6; JUDE 1:8-10)22. Forgive us for our sins of lack of repentance,

... persevering in our sinful ways and grieving Your Spirit,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 4:17; 5:4)23. Forgive us for our sins of lack of meekness,
... returning evil for evil, instead of blessing our enemies,
... retaliating against those who hurt us or provoke us, in all areas of life,
... condemning and cursing our leaders and others, instead of praying for them,
... not committing our difficult situations to You in faith and joy,
... and not trusting in Your vindication that will come in due time,
... not believing that the meek will inherit the earth,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 5:5: PSALM 37:1-40; 1 PETER 3:9)24. Forgive us for our sins of
... not hungering and thirsting after Your righteousness,
... not seeking first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness,

... living a lukewarm life concerning Your Kingdom,
... living a life of worldliness and carnality,
... not constantly meditating on Your word and waiting on Your Spirit,
... not fully living a life of worship, praise and thanksgiving to Your holy name,
... not doing the good works You have prepared in advance for us to do,
... bringing shame and disgrace to Your name by our poor testimony,
... promoting and practising doctrines of lawless grace, doctrines of demons,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 5:6; 6:33; 22:37-39; EPHESIANS 2:10; REVELATION 3:15-16)25. Forgive us for our sins of not showing mercy and kindness to others, including,
... not forgiving those who have sinned against us;
... not loving our enemies, by not blessing them, not doing good to them, and not praying for them;
... not lending to those who want to borrow from us;
... not showing mercy to widows and the fatherless,
... to those who are poor and needy,
... to those who needed our forgiveness and kindness,
... to those who were indebted to us,
... to the foreigners in the land,
... to the brothers and sisters in the family of God,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 5:7, 44 KJV; 6:14-15; 18:21-22; 34-35; ISAIAH 1:17; PSALM 82:3; 140:12; 146:9; LEVITICUS 19:34a; GALATIANS 6:10; MATTHEW 25:40)26. Forgive us for our sins of not keeping our hearts pure,
... by thinking about acts of wickedness and impurity,
... instead of thinking about things that are true and noble, right and praise-worthy, lovely and admirable;
... by being double-minded and doubting Your word in our heart,
... instead of totally trusting in Your word, and believing in Your promises,
... instead of seeing with the eyes of our heart that Your blessings have already come,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 5:8; 15:18-19; PHILIPPIANS 4:8; JAMES 1:6-8; EPHESIANS 1:18)27. Forgive us for our sins of not living as peacemakers,
... not sharing the Good News of Your Kingdom with all men, in order to make peace between God and man,
... not following the commands of Jesus in Matthew 5:23-24 and in Matthew 18:15-17 to settle a dispute with a brother or sister in Your Church,
... so as to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace,
... not loving our neighbours as ourselves, and not praying for them,
... so as to maintain peace in the land;
... stirring up rebellion against the leadership in our families, and workplace, and churches, and nation,
... causing division and strife in our families, and workplace, and churches, and nation,
... by all that we say, do, or think, including our slander and gossip and lies and accusations,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 5:9; 5:23-23; 18:15-17; 22:39; 1 TIMOTHY 2:1-2; NUMBERS 16:1-5; ACTS 20:29-30; EPHESIANS 4:3)28. Forgive us for our sins of
... not rejoicing in You when we are persecuted for righteousness sake,
... complaining and grumbling about the suffering we go through when we are being persecuted for the name of Christ,
... denying the name of Christ when we are being persecuted for His name's sake,
... not believing that You are working out all things for our good in our lives, in our families, in Your Church, and in our land,
... not believing that You have the power to fulfil all that we have asked for in prayer,
... according to what You have promised us in Your word;
... speaking words of unbelief and fear in our conversation, in social media, and in our families and churches,
... grumbling and complaining against our leaders and others, in the Church and outside the Church,
... and cursing them,
... instead of standing in the gap on their behalf, and repenting of their sins and blessing them in our prayers;
... and not giving You thanks in all circumstances,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 5:10-12; ROMANS 8:28; MARK 11:23; JAMES 1:6-8; NUMBERS 14:26-30; 1 THESSALONIANS 5:18)29. Forgive us for our sin of not accepting ourselves as You see us,
... but agreeing with the devil concerning our personality, our worth and value, and our calling;
... not seeing ourselves as beautifully and wonderfully made,
... not seeing ourselves as flawless and beautiful in your eyes,
... but rejecting ourselves, because we see ourselves as imperfect and ugly,
... or because we agreed with the remarks of others concerning our body and personality and calling,
... and thus living in fear of rejection by others, and also rejecting others to cover our pain of self-rejection,
... thus allowing a spirit of self-rejection and fear of rejection to enter our lives,
... etc.
(PSALM 139:14; SONG OF SOLOMON 4:7)30. Forgive us for our sin of expressing anger and hatred and regret concerning the baby that we carried in our womb,
... and rejecting the baby in our womb,
... because the pregnancy was unwanted,
... or doing this when we faced crises at home or when we quarrelled with our spouse, or when we became sick because of the baby we were carrying,
... thereby allowing a spirit of rejection to enter our unborn child,
... etc.
(ROMANS 15:7; EPHESIANS 4:26-27)31. Forgive us for our sin of bringing up the past failures, and weaknesses and shortcomings of ourselves and of others,
... thereby allowing regret and shame and self-condemnation to invade our lives,
... bringing us into despair and hopelessness, and doubt and fear regarding our future,
... focusing on our own past weaknesses instead of Your promises of a new beginning with a new move of God today,
... and causing us to have no faith and confidence in approaching Your throne of grace for help,
... and also causing us to judge and condemn others who have let us down in the past.
... We now ask You to forgive us of our past failures, shortcomings, and mistakes,
... and to give us the grace to forget the past, and never to bring them up again.
... We now forgive and bless all those who have disappointed us and harmed us and our forefathers,
... by their failures, shortcomings, and mistakes,
... whether they are dead or alive today,
... declaring that we will no longer bring up such mistakes, shortcomings, and failures in others,
... etc.
(ISAIAH 43:18-19; ROMANS 8:1; 1 JOHN 3:21-22)32. Forgive us also for all other sins in our lives, including,
... sins of commission and omission,
... open sins, secret sins,
... known sins, and unknown sins,
... etc.
(LUKE 11:4)33. Forgive us as we also forgive all those who have hurt us and our forefathers.
... Wash away all of our sins and the sins of our forefathers with the blood of Jesus.
... We forgive all men, including all authority figures in our lives, in our families, in the Church, in our workplace, in all nations, and in this land,
... who have in one way or another caused harm to us and to our forefathers.
... We ask You to bless them with the fear of the Lord, with Your salvation and deliverance, and with Your peace and prosperity,
... etc.
(LUKE 11:4; MARK 11:25; 1 PETER 3:9; JOHN 1:29; JOHN 20:23 KJV; 1 JOHN 1:8-9)34. Abba Father, as we pray in tongues,
... we ask that You will cause Your Holy Spirit to intercede for us,
... so that all hidden sins of the people in all nations can be forgiven,
... etc.
(ROMANS 8:26)In Jesus' name, we declare and decree that in all nations on this earth .....
1. God has answered us instantly when we prayed the Lord's Prayer.
... Therefore, heaven is in everyone on this earth,
... in every church and in every child of God,
... in our families, and in our homes.
... All our sins are forgiven, all our forefathers' sins are forgiven.
... There is no more curse in our lives.
... etc.
(MATTHEW 6:10; MARK 11:24; LUKE 17:21; 11:4a; REVELATION 22:3a)2. Because heaven is in our heart,
... all of God's children receive the grace of God to always practise godly stewardship of their money,
... so that we live a life that is holy and pleasing to God,
... etc.
(TITUS 2:11-12; ROMANS 12:1)3. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... we will bring the whole tithe into the storehouse in the House of God, and not neglect the House of God,
... so that there may be food for the servants of God, who serve in the House of God,
... because Jesus still collects tithes today, as He is is a priest in the Order of Melchizedek,
... with Melchizedek being a priest who lives forever to receive tithes from God's people, as in Hebrews 7:8 and Psalm 110:4,
... etc.
(PSALM 110:4; HEBREWS 7:8; MALACHI 3:10; NEHEMIAH 13:10-12)4. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... We will also not rob God of His tithes and offerings, by not bringing them to the storehouse in the House of God,
... or by wrongly calling our own ministry a small house of God, or a special ministry, and keeping our tithes for our own use and the use of our ministry team,
... and in so doing, we incur the curse of God, and are rejected eternally by God,
... because we fail to support the work of the Church corporately in looking after the poor and needy in the family of God,
... because we fail to support the work of the Church corporately in the fulfilment of the Great Comission to send out workers into the harvest field,
... because we fail to support the livelihood of the servants of God who minister full-time in the House of God,
... etc.
(MALACHI 3:8, 10; 1 CORNTHIANS 16:22a; MATTHEW 25:41)5. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... we will give generously of our offerings when God leads us by the Holy Spirit to bless others,
... whether to the House of God, or personally to pastors, leaders, other servants of God, and the poor and needy, or to special needs and projects, etc.
... As we do so, God will release His end-time revelation into our lives for breakthroughs and turnarounds,
... miracles, signs and wonders.
... However, if we are stingy, and do not obey the Holy Spirit when He asks us to give generously to others,
... we are cursed, and live under great darkness.
... We will receive no end-time revelation from God, no matter how much we fast, or pray, or dance or worship God,
... etc.
(MATTHEW 6:22-23 NIV MARGIN)6. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... we will use our wealth to fulfill the Great Commission,
...by giving of our finance to send out misssion workers and evangelists into the harvest field, and to support them, as they bring in the harvest,
... and in this way, we will make friends who will wait for us in heaven, as Jesus said in Luke 16:9,
... etc.
(LUKE 16:9)7. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... we will use our wealth to support our parents,
... and in this way, we honour our father and mother,
... and we enjoy long life on this earth and all things will go well with us.
... We will also use our wealth to support our relatives, including widows, who are in need,
... so that the Church is not burdened with the supply of their needs,
... etc.
(EPHESIANS 6:2-3; 1 TIMOTHY 5:3-4, 8, 16)8. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... we will not be hypocrites like the Pharisees, who loved money,
... and sneered at the teaching of Jesus concerning money,
... (and will also sneer at this Prayer Focus),
... These Pharisees, even though they pay their tithes, have no mercy and compassion on the poor and needy, and rob widows of their houses,
... and who are therefore cursed by Jesus.
... God's people will therefore not love money, for the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil,
... and this will destroy our faith and our lives,
... because when we love money, we are worshipping the god of money, called Mammon.
... and when we love money, we will hate God,
... and when we are devoted to money, we will despise God and His word,
... etc.
(LUKE 16:14; MATTHEW 22:23; MATTHEW 23:14; 1 TIMOTHY 6:10; MATTHEW 6:24)9. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... we will not be like the Pharisees, who make rules of man to nullify the word of God concerning the godly use of money,
... and make excuses for not wanting to help the poor and needy,
... and are cursed by Jesus because their man-made rules stop them from obeying the directives of the Holy Spirit concerning the use of their money,
... even though their man-made rules protect them from a guilty conscience.
... We will therefore not make the following rules and excuses when God's people ask us to help the needy with our wealth.
... We will not say:
... "Brother Frankie, How can you ask our church to give RM1000 to a sister that we do not know, living in KL far away?
... "Even though she has lost her job recently, she should turn to her local church for help, and not ask a church far away.
... "She should be more responsible and save up some money for a rainy day.
... "Sorry, our church committee has a rule that we cannot help people who are not from our church."
... "Sorry, our church committee can only meet in 3 months' time, and we will not call an emergency meeting to discuss her need, since it is a small thing.
... "Sorry, our church Mercy Ministry Fund has used up it's allocation for this year, and we cannot help her, even though we still have a sum of RM50,000 in our Mercy Ministry Fund.
... "Sorry, I am afraid that we cannot raise up the money from our own pockets,
... since your wife says that you do not have savings at all;
... and you also know me, that with 5 children, I have enough just to cover my monthly needs.
... "Sorry, I have allocated 20 percent of my monthly income for tithes and offerings.
... I am saving ther rest of my money to buy a BMW, acording to my status in my workplace,
... and for my children's education when they grow big,
... and for my children when they start work and get married,
... and for my yearly cruise that I have already booked with other believers, etc.,
... and so I cannot help her from my savings."
"Sorry, I am not able to give to the widow over these next few months, even though I had told you that I will be giving a gift to her,
... because I have strictly planned on how to allocate my offerings every month, and I cannot change,
... so please do not irritate me by bringing this matter up again,
... etc.
(MARK 7:9-13)10. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... all of us believers who are rich will know that God has made us wealthy so that we can become end-time financiers of the work of His Kingdom,
... living as "Josephs" and "Joseph of Josephs" in God's Kingdom,
... always helping the poor and needy in the family of God,
... thus fulfilling the first desire and teaching of Jesus concerning the use of money in His Kingdom,
... and in this way, we also obey the command of Jesus to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness,
... and not seek first to please the lusts of our flesh.
... We will all know that, as rich believers, we will not love the world or the things of the world, for the love of the world is enmity against God,
... and we will therefore not spend God's money on luxurious things and lots of cars and land and houses, and other possessions,
... things which the heathens lust for because they have nothing else to live for,
... things which perish with the world and have no eternal value, but only pleases the flesh, and not God.
... We wll know that if we are wealthy believers, and still love the world, we will not give generously, joyfully and willingly to the Church
... or to bless others, both believers and non-believers.
... We will know that if we live this way, we will not fulfil our calling to be "Josephs" in God's Kingdom,
... and will cause the Church to suffer for lack of funds to fulfil its mandate to build God's Kingdom on earth,
... as is happening in most churches all over the world, with most of the funds in the local churches coming from average-income families,
... etc.
11. As we daily practise godly stewardship of our money,
... we will work out our salvation with fear and trembling,
... obeying all the commands of God with God's grace,
... thus doing the will of the Father,
... and in this way, we lay hold of eternal life,
... and enter into our inheritance, the Kingdom of God prepared for us since the foundation of the world.
... However, if we choose not do the Father's will,
... especially in the area of showing mercy to the brothers and sisters in the family of God,
... we will forfeit our salvation, even though we can prophecy, heal the sick, cast out demons, or do miracles in the name of Jesus,
... etc.
(PHILIPPIANS 2:12; 1 TIMOTHY 6:12; MATTHEW 25:34, 41; MATTHEW 7:21-23)1 TIMOTHY 6:12 BSB12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Lay hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and also did confess the good confession before many witnesses.
Amen and Amen.
1. When we pray and sing in tongues,
... we are praying according to God's good plans,
... according to God's perfect plans, God's hidden plans (= God's mysteries) for everyone around us.
2. When we pray and sing in tongues without ceasing,
... as Paul commanded and as Paul did,
... then God will work all things out for good for those who love Him.
1 THESSALONIANS 5:17 NKJ17 Pray without ceasing. 1 CORINTHIANS 14:1818 I thank my God I speak with tongues more than you all. ROMANS 8:26-2826 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.27 And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.
Whenever we praise and thank God as we make decrees of blessings,
... the angels of God are activated to bind the power of demons,
... in our lives, in our families, in our siblings, in our descendants, in the churches, in the nations, and in our land.
PSALM 149:6-96 May the praise of God be in their mouths and a double-edged sword in their hands,
