You must Decree and Declare that your Miracle has come
As Soon As you ask God for it in Prayer
One of the keys to miracles in our lives is faith in God's word.
Jesus has said, "According to your faith, let it be done to you."(MATTHEW 9:29).
Many of God's children pray to Him without faith in His word.
As a result, they do not see the miracles they need.
They no longer see breakthroughs and miracles in their daily lives as they grow older in the Lord.
But how do we express our faith in God's word?
Where is our lack of faith that causes us to forfeit our miracles?
1. We must pray with faith in God's word in Mark 11:24
MARK 11:24
24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you HAVE RECEIVED it, and it will be yours.
In this end-time season, God expects all mature believers to believe in Mark 11:24, which says that we must believe that we have received our miracle the very moment we ask of God.
We must believe that we have received it in the spirit realm even though we may not feel it or see it.
The miracle has come instantly, today, not tomorrow or next week or next year.
2. We must therefore not ask God again and again for the same miracle
No child will ask His earthly father again and again for a bicycle for his birthday when his rich father has said yes the very first time the son asked him.
We must believe we have received our miracle, as God said in Mark 11:24, the very first time we ask God.
To ask God a second time is to ask in doubt and fear, and we will not get anything from God if we do that.
When we ask God for something for a second time, we are praying without faith in the word of God in Mark 11:24, that is, we are not believing that our miracle has come the very moment you asked God.
God is not deaf.
He has heard our petition the very first time we ask.
ISAIAH 59:1 NLT
1 Listen! The LORD’s arm is not too weak to save you, nor is His ear too deaf to hear you call.
And if you pray and believe that you have received your miracle, you must do 2 things:
..... (1) You must begin to thank God that the miracle has come when you pray to God the next time concerning this miracle.
..... (2) You must also declare and decree that your miracle has come before all men and all spirits.
3. Thank God by faith for the miracle that you have received after you have asked God for it
Our thanksgiving will cause the miracles of God to manifest.
EXAMPLE 1. When we thank God by faith that we are healed, after we have asked Him to heal us, this is an expression of our faith in His word.
Begin to thank God as follows every day: "Thank You Abba Father, for healing my sickness and pain."
Your healing will manifest as you keep on thanking God that your healing has come.
EXAMPLE 2. As the Israelites thanked the Lord for His goodness when they went out to face three armies attacking Jerusalem, God destroyed their enemies.
2 CHRONICLES 20:21-22
21 After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to Yehovah and to praise Him for the splendor of His holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying:
“Give thanks to Yehovah, for His love endures forever.”
22 As they began to sing and praise, Yehovah set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated.
4. We MUST declare and decree our miracles over our situation after we have asked God for it
If we believe that we have received our miracle the very moment we ask God for it, Jesus said that we MUST next apply Mark 11:23 and decree and declare that our miracle has come.
MARK 11:23-24
23 Truly I tell you, if anyone SAYS to this mountain, "Go, throw yourself into the sea," and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they SAY will happen, it will BE DONE for them.
24 THEREFORE I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you HAVE RECEIVED it, and it will be yours.
Mark 11:23 and Mark 11:24 are connected by the word "THEREFORE."
Mark 11:24 begins with the word "THEREFORE."
Because of the word "therefore," Mark 11:24 is teaching us that whenever we pray, we must go and apply Mark 11:23 and begin to decree and declare that our miracle has come.
In other words, whenever you pray (Mark 11:24), you must believe that you have received the miracle you asked for, and begin to decree and declare that it has come (Mark 11:23).
For example, if you have asked God to heal your back pain, you must believe that you HAVE RECEIVED your mhealing as soon as you asked God (Mark 11:24), and begin to declare that your healing has come (Mark 11:23).
Begin to declare:
"Jesus has taken away my sicknesses and my pains,
and by His wounds, my back pain has been healed."
(Isaiah 53:4-5 RSV Margin, HCSB, NETB; 1 Peter 2:24)
Your healing will manifest as you keep on declaring and decreeing that your healing has come.
But if you do not declare and decree that your miracle has already come, it just shows that you have been praying without faith in Mark 11:24.
Therefore your miracle will not manifest.
And this is the faith position of 99 percent of old believers in the Church today.
This is the reason why they cannot seem to get the breakthroughs they need for their lives.

A TESTIMONY
UNCLE BEH WAS HEALED OF HIS BRAIN CANCER
Brother Andrew:
"Two lady members (both sisters) of our Church Outreach in Balik Pulau asked their uncle (Uncle Beh) from Bukit Mertajam to come to the outreach to receive prayer for healing for his brain cancer.
He had received radiation and chemotherapy for his cancer and had been sent home to die, because no further treatment was available at the private hospital he went to.
When he came, a church elder prayed for God to forgive Uncle Beh of all his sins and to heal him of his cancer.
The church elder instructed Uncle Beh to believe that the healing has come, and to thank God every day for healing him of his cancer.
This uncle believed in the teaching in Mark 11:24, believing that he has received his miracle the moment he was prayed for, and began to thank God for healing him.
He thanked God by faith in God's word, even though he felt nothing had changed.
The following Sunday, after I arrived back from overseas, the 2 church sisters told me with great excitement:
"Our uncle came last Sunday for prayer to receive God's healing of his cancer.
Last week, he has started to eat very heartily again!"
The following Sunday, they said, "He has begun to put on weight this past week!"
On the third Sunday, they told me, "His hair has grown again on his head!"
On the fourth Sunday, they exclaimed to me, "Our uncle has taken his motorbike to the coffee-shop to meet his old friends again!"
When we met Uncle Beh a year later in Bukit Mertajam, he showed us the way to a local college we were looking for.
The daughters of the two sisters from our Balik Pulau Outreach had applied to study at this college after receiving their Form 5 results.
Uncle Beh was full of joy and exuberance.
He gave many testimonies on the power of Jesus and said in Hokkien, 'Your Jesus is truly a great God!'
Glory!
Hallelujah!"
Comments (Brother Andrew):
1. Uncle Beh was not a baptized believer.
He has not been to any church before he came to Balik Pulau to receive prayer for healing.
And he never went to any church after that.
2. Yet this Uncle was healed of his brain cancer.
This is because of these 3 reasons:
--- He believed that his sins were forgiven when the elder prayed to God to forgive him his sins.
--- He believed that God has healed him as soon as he was prayed for by the elder (Mark 11:24).
--- He expressed his faith in the miracle of healing that has come into his life by thanking God every day for healing him by saying, "Thank You Jesus for healing me."
3. Jesus died for the sins of the whole world (John 1:29).
When we ask God to forgive someone, and the person believes that he is forgiven, then his sins are forgiven (John 20:23 KJV).
John 20:23 KJV
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
The authority to release forgiveness of sins or to remit sins or to cancel sins is the greatest and first authority given by Jesus to His disciples after He rose from the dead.
Use this authority to remove all sins from the non-believers and believers you are praying for, just as Jesus did.
It is sin that brings death and destruction, curses and diseases.
When sin is removed, God is legally permitted to bless a person when we pray for them.
4. Jesus also carried away the sicknesses and pains of every sick person in this world (Isaiah 53:4 RSV Margin, HCSB).
We as believers can lay hands on the sick and command healing to all who turn to God for healing, even when they have not received Jesus as their personal Saviour or even when they have not been baptized.
In fact, healing will come to non-believers as we obey the command of Jesus to preach the Good News to all nations, heal the sick and cast out demons (Mark 16:15-18; Matthew 28:19-20).
5. It is only when they are healed and are set free that they will believe in Jesus as Saviour.
And when they have received Jesus as Saviour, we can then baptize them and teach them to obey all the commands of Jesus, so that they become true disciples of Jesus (Matthew 28:19-20).
Shalom.
