RESTORATION OF GOD'S GLORY (2)
--- Blessed and godly Children
Our children belong to God.
They have been set apart for His use and glory (1 COR 7:14).
Therefore, God wants our children to receive His grace to be blessed, to be godly, and to be holy.
In this way, they will fulfill God's calling upon their lives to be mighty men and women of God.
No matter how our children were yesterday--- obedient or rebellious, godly or worldly, successful or failing---God wants to transform our children today into the likeness of Jesus, by the words of our lips.
God wants our children to carry His glory and goodness wherever they go so that they are blessed to be a blessing to others.
To do that, we must do the following:
--- Pray the Lord's Prayer every day and ask God for His glory and goodness to grow and prevail in our children as it is in heaven.
--- Repent of the sins of our children and the sins of their forefathers, as we pray the Lord's prayer.
--- Break all curses over their lives.
--- As parents, we must forgive them of all their sins.
--- Bless our children every day with our lips, no matter how they are behaving.
--- Love our children at all times and correct them in love, pointing out their mistakes and teaching them to repent daily.
---Never complain about them or curse them.
---Rejoice in God every day that His glory and goodness grow and prevail in all our children.
1. Pray the Lord's Prayer, asking God to bless our children with His glory and goodness
MATTHEW 6:9-10
"Our Father, who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven---in every man, woman, youth and child in this world.
Your Kingdom and rule come today into my children, as it is in heaven.
Your glory and goodness come into my children this day, as it is in heaven."
After praying the Lord's prayer, believe that God has answered and that heaven is in our home. our family, and in all our children (MARK 11:24; Luke 17:21).
2. When praying the Lord's prayer, repent of our own sins and the sins of our children and the sins of their forefathers
LUKE 11:4
4 Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us, including our sins and the sins of our children and the sins of their forefathers.
When we repent of our sins and the sins of our children, and the sins of their forefathers, God will forgive us at once.
Because these sins are washed away by the blood of Jesus, the devil will have no legal right to enter into our lives and our children's lives to kill, steal and destroy (ROMANS 6:23; JOHN 10:10)
When our sins are forgiven, God now has the legal right to bless us according to our prayers.
3. Break every curse in the lives of our children
Galatians 3:13
13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole."
Declare as follows,
--- "I break every curse in my children's lives because of their own sins and the sins of their forefathers.
--- "I break every curse spoken against them by their own lips and by others.
--- "In Jesus' name. Amen."
4. Forgive our children of all their sins from your heart
MARK 11:25
25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, FORGIVE THEM, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.
We must forgive all the sins of our children, no matter what they have said or done in the past.
In this way, God will forgive our sins and answer our prayers.
5. We must bless our children every day with our lips, no matter how they are behaving
1 PETER 3:9
9 Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with BLESSING, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.
MARK 11:23 ESV
23 Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what HE SAYS will come to pass, it WILL BE DONE for him.
When we bless our children, God will do what we say (MARK 11:23).
The moment we start blessing our children, according to God's will, God begins to change our children to be like Jesus.
No matter how they are behaving today, keep on blessing them, and God will do what we declare and decree and our children will change.
6. We must love our children at all times and correct them in love, pointing out their mistakes and teaching them to repent daily.
MATTHEW 22:39
39 And the second is like it: “Love your neighbour as yourself.”
EPHESIANS 6:4
4 Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
MATTHEW 4:17
17 From that time on Jesus began to preach, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near."
We must love our children at all times, always doing good to them in all that we say or do.
When they have done wrong, we point out the wrong to them, and ask them to repent and do what God wants.
In this way, they grow up to be like Jesus.
In this way, they live under an open heaven.
7. Never complain about our children or curse them
LUKE 6:37
37 Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
If we complain about our children, we are judging them and condemning and cursing them.
When we complain, we are agreeing with the devil, and our curses will allow the devil to continue to destroy your children.
As we walk in love at all times towards our children, we grow to be more and more like Jesus ourselves.
We grow in perseverance and become mature and complete, like Jesus (JAMES 1:2-4).
8. Therefore, we must rejoice at all times, because God is transforming our children every day according to what we say
PHILIPPIANS 4:4
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
PSALM 37:4 ESV
4 Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
God is transforming our children all the time according to what we say.
So rejoice at all times.
As we rejoice in God in all situations, God's power is released to manifest His miracle in our life (PSALM 8:2; PSALM 37:4).
9. Decreeing the Decrees of Heaven
In Jesus' name, I declare and decree that
1. My children are all gifts from God and they are all good children. (PSALM 127:3 NLT; MATT 7:11)
2. They honour their father and mother at all times so that everything goes well with them, and they enjoy long life on this earth.
(EPH 6:1-3)
3. They repent daily and their sins are forgiven, and they live under an open heaven every day. (MATTHEW 4:17)
4. They have the wisdom of God and the mind of Christ. (1 COR 1:30; 2:16)
5. They love God and all men fervently and wholeheartedly and are mighty men and women of God. (MATTHEW 11:11; 22:37-39)
6. They have favour from God and from all men and have great success in their work, business, studies, and ministry. (LUKE 2:52)
7. They are always at the top, not the bottom, always the head, not the tail. (DEUT 28:13)
Amen and amen.

A TESTIMONY
"My son was second last in his class until I began to decree blessings over him"
SISTER CCC:
"At the beginning of last year, my son came home to stay with me, after staying with his grandparents for some years.
He was second last in his class.
"I forgave him and blessed him with my lips.
I taught him to honour God and not waste his time on computer games and handphone games but to study diligently.
"I declared that he has the wisdom of God and the mind of Christ.
I declared that he will always be at the top, not the bottom, and always be the head, not the tail.
"By the end of the year, when his school results came out, he became top in his class.
"I give all glory to God for all His great miracles in our lives."

COMMENTS (Brother Andrew)
1. We cannot change our children by our nagging and complaining.
All such complaining and nagging become curses to our children and will destroy them.
2. Instead, forgive them and bless them, and God will do what we say.
And God has the power to transform our children into godly and blessed children, no matter what failures they are facing at this time, and no matter what their behaviour is at this time.
3. If they do wrong, correct them by pointing out their faults, ask them to repent, and to follow after God's ways.
In this way, they live under an open heaven and grow to be more and more like Jesus each day (MATTHEW 4:17).
