--- Authority to Cast Out Demons
Jesus has given His authority to all believers to cast out demons.
He gave this authority to us when He commissioned us to go and preach the Good News of the Kingdom of Heaven to all creation.
When Jesus commissioned the 12 apostles to preach the Good News of the Kingdom of Heaven, He gave them authority to cast out demons, heal the sick, and raise the dead.
He later told the apostles to teach all new believers to do likewise.
So all believers have the authority to cast out demons.
So just before Jesus ascended to heaven, He gave to all His disciples the Great Commission, as follows:
... Preach the Good News to all creation.
... Remit or forgive or cancel the sins of those you pray for.
... Heal the sick.
... Cast out demons.
... Raise the dead.
It is very simple to cast out demons from the demonised, if you know how to do it properly.
Every child of God---no matter how old or young he is, or whether he is a new believer or an old believer---can cast out demons easily from the oppressed.
These are the steps to take to cast out demons from the demonised:
... Know that in the Great Commission given by Jesus to His disciples, He gave us the authority to cast out demons.
... Before we cast out demons from people, we must share with them the Good News of the Kingdom of Heaven first, so that the Holy Spirit can confirm God’s word.
... We then repent together with them of all forms of idolatry and witchcraft practised by them and by their forefathers.
... We next declare that the sins of the people and the sins of their forefathers are forgiven.
... We then break all curses in their lives---curses from their own sins or forefathers’ sins or spoken curses, by others or by their own lips.
... We then command the demons in the people to leave and never return.
... We then instruct the people to throw away or burn all objects of idol worship and witchcraft from their homes.
1. In the Great Commission given by Jesus to His disciples before He ascended to heaven, He gave us the authority to cast out demons
MARK 16:15, 17
15 He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation.
17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will drive out demons.
We have been given the authority by Jesus to preach the Good News to all men and cast out demons and heal the sick.
Every child of God has this authority.
You do not have to be a Bible School student or a mature believer to cast our demons.
If you know that God has given you the authority to cast out demons, then you can do it, anytime, anywhere.
2. Before we cast out demons, we must share the Good News of the Kingdom of Heaven first with the oppressed, so that the Holy Spirit can confirm God’s word with His power
MARK 16:15, 17, 20
15 He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation.
17 And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will drive out demons.
20 Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed His word by the signs that accompanied it.
The Holy Spirit is always with us to help us drive out demons.
However, we must preach the Gospel first.
In Mark 16:20, it says that the disciples preached the Gospel first.
Then only did the Holy Spirit confirm God’s word that we share, with miracles and signs following.
So we preach the Good News to the oppressed as follows:
... All men have sinned.
... And our sins have opened a door for the devil to oppress us.
... Jesus died on the cross for your sins, so that your sins can be forgiven.
... In return, He died to give us eternal life, the life of God.
... On the cross, Jesus broke all the power of demons over our lives (COLOSSIANS 2:15).
... So, all demons can be cast out from our lives in the name of Jesus today.
3. We then repent together with them of all forms of idolatry and witchcraft practised by them and by their forefathers
MATTHEW 4:17
17 From that time on Jesus began to preach, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven has come near."
LEVITICUS 26:40
40 "But if they will confess their sins and the sins of their ancestors--their unfaithfulness and their hostility toward me .....”
Tell the people, “Please repeat after me as we repent of your sins of idolatry and witchcraft, and those of your ancestors.”
PRAY THIS WAY:
“Abba Father, forgive us and our forefathers of all our sins of idolatry and witchcraft.
“Forgive us our sins of worshipping idols, including the snake god, the monkey god, etc. etc. .....”
“Forgive us our practice of witchcraft, including, spirit of the coin, consulting mediums, using amulets and charms, asking demons to protect us, etc. etc ......”
“Wash away our sins by the blood of Jesus.
In Jesus’ name, amen.”

4. We next declare that the sins of the people and the sins of their forefathers are forgiven
JOHN 20:21, 23 KJV
21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.
[remit = forgive, NIV]
MATTHEW 9:2
2 Some men brought to Him a paralyzed man, lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the man, “Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.”
WE SAY TO THEM:
“I declare and decree that all your sins of idolatry and witchcraft and those of your forefathers are now forgiven.”
5. We then break all curses in their lives---curses from their own sins or forefathers’ sins or spoken curses
GALATIANS 3:13
13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole."
Because Christ has carried all our curses when He died on the cross, we can, therefore, break every curse in our lives and in those who are oppressed.
WE SAY TO THEM:
“I declare that every curse in your life is now broken, including generational curses, curses from your own sins, and curses spoken against yourself by others and by your own lips.”
6. We then command the demons in the people to leave and never return
MARK 1:23-26
23 Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an impure spirit cried out,
24 “What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!”
25“Be quiet!” said Jesus sternly. “Come out of him!”
26 The impure spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.
MARK 9:25
25 When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, He rebuked the impure spirit. “You deaf and mute spirit,” He said, “I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.”
WE COMMAND AS FOLLOWS:
“In Jesus, name, I command every evil spirit to leave this man right now.
Leave with every breath he breathes out.
Go, in Jesus’ name.
Leave and never return.”
7. We then instruct the people to throw away all objects of idol worship and witchcraft from their homes or burn them
DEUTERONOMY 7:26 NKJ
26 Nor shall you bring an abomination into your house, lest you be doomed to destruction like it. You shall utterly detest it and utterly abhor it, for it is an accursed thing.
ACTS 19:19
19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas.
All objects of idolatry and witchcraft are cursed by God and will bring hundreds of demons into our homes if we keep them.
These demons will then oppress everyone in the household.
So make sure that after casting out the demons from the oppressed, we must instruct them to burn or destroy all such objects in their homes.
As they do so, the demons will leave.
8. Decreeing the Decrees of Heaven
In Jesus' name, I declare and decree that .....
1. Jesus has given me the authority to drive out demons. (MARK 16:15, 17)
2. Before I cast out demons from people, I must first share the Good News of the Kingdom of Heaven with them, so that the Holy Spirit can confirm God’s word with His power.
(MARK 16:15, 17, 20)
3. I will then repent together with the people of all forms of idolatry and witchcraft practised by themselves and by their forefathers.
(MATTHEW 4:17; LEVITICUS 26:40)
4. I will next declare and decree that the sins of the people and the sins of their forefathers are forgiven.
(JOHN 20:21, 23 KJV; MATTHEW 9:2)
5. I will then break all curses in their lives--- curses from their own sins or forefathers’ sins or curses spoken against themselves by others or by their own lips.
(GALATIANS 3:13)
6. I will then command the demons in the people to leave the oppressed and never return.
(MARK 1:23-26; MARK 9:25)
7. I will then instruct the people to throw away all objects of idol worship and witchcraft from their homes or burn them. (DEUTERONOMY 7:26 NKJ; ACTS 19:19)

A TESTIMONY
"Lots of demons left a baptized believer after a team of young people went with me to his home to set him free"
BROTHER ANDREW:
"Many years back, our church baptised 2 young Chinese-speaking youths, one in Form 3 and one in Form 4.
After baptism, I told these 2 brothers to get rid of all objects, books and videos of idolatry and witchcraft, especially Harry Potter videos.
“After joining our Youth Fellowship for a short while, they asked me to allow them to join a Chinese church nearer their home in Air item, which I readily agreed to.
“However, one year later, on a Sunday morning, the mother of the 2 boys brought them to the Church Service and asked me to cast out demons from the older boy, now in Form 5.
The mum said that this boy had been screaming away for the last 2 weeks and wanted to jump out from their 10th floor flat in Paya Terubong.
The boy was growling away, and scratched the walls with his fingernails, with his face all darkened.
“I told her to bring the boys to the Evening Service in Balik Pulau.
We had no time to pray for the boy in Sungai Ara as it was quite late after Sunday Lunch.
“They all agreed and came to Balik Pulau, but after the Evening Service, I told the mother and father this:
‘If you want to set your son free, you must stop worshipping idols and practising witchcraft.
If you agree, I will come to your house to cleanse your house and your son will be set free.’
"The Holy Spirit had asked me to tell them to repent of their witchcraft because the demons that came into their home have oppressed their children.
“The elder from the Balik Pulau Outreach, some youths, and my wife then went with me to this family’s home in Paya Terubong.
“When we arrived, we prayed with them to repent of all practices of idolatry and witchcraft that were committed by their forefathers and by themselves.
“We then went through the house to collect all items of idolatry and witchcraft into rubbish bags, and left these bags outside the door of the apartment.
We collected about 12 large bags of such objects.
“After that, I asked God to cleanse and sanctify the house with the blood of Jesus, to set it apart for His use and glory.
I then commanded all demons to leave the house and the oppressed brother.
"As soon as we did that, the oppressed son could smile again, with his darkened face now brightened up with freedom and joy.
“His parents were baptised within the following week, on a Hari Raya holiday, in Balik Pulau.
“To God be all the glory...!
Great things he has done...!”

PRAYERS TO REPENT OF ALL SINS AND ALL FORMS OF IDOLATRY AND WITCHCRAFT PRACTICES
The following is a list of prayers to repent of all sins and all forms of idolatry and witchcraft practices, to receive deliverance from demonic oppression.
1. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers of all our sins of idolatry and witchcraft,
including worshipping various demons, (such as …..),
wearing and keeping charms and pendants,
keeping clothing and items with demonic words and pictures,
playing with the spirit of the coin, seeking fortune-tellers,
horoscope-reading, card-reading, palm-reading,
consulting mediums, joining temple ceremonies and festivals, watching demonic operas and videos,
listening to demonic music, playing with demonic toys,
using tai-chi, chi-gong, acupuncture, reflexology paths,
yoga, transcendental meditation, feng-shui,
practicing karate, kung fu, and other martial arts,
drinking water from temples and shrines,
using divination books, talking with spirits of the dead,
using chants, and spells and black magic,
being dedicated to a demon when I was young,
having my marriage conducted before demons for blessings, etc.
2. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers for our sins of not honouring Your name, but despising Your name.
3. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers for not honouring our parents, neglecting them, abusing them, abandoning them, hating them, and cursing them.
4. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers of our sins of murder and abortion, anger and violence against others, hating other races, attempted suicide and self-hatred, bitterness and unforgiveness, revenge and retaliation, and domination and manipulation, and demonic control of others.
5. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers for our sins of sexual immorality, adultery and fornication, watching pornography and committing sexual perversions.
6. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers for our cheating and lying and stealing, destroying many lives as a result.
7. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers for our jealousy and envy of others, causing hatred and resentment, division and strife, gossip and slander, criticism and unrighteous judgment, among men around us.
8. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers for abusing our bodies with nicotine, alcohol, opium, drugs, over-eating, and other bad habits.
9. Abba Father, forgive me and my forefathers for pride and rebellion, self-rejection and rejection of others, withdrawal and laziness, procrastination and perfectionism, self-pity and self-condemnation, etc.
10. Right now, I forgive and bless everyone who has sinned against me and my forefathers.
We ask you to bless them with Your salvation right now, Abba Father.
11. I have confessed my sins and the sins of my forefathers to Yehovah my Father, and I have forgiven everyone who has sinned against me and my forefathers.
Therefore, God has forgiven me and purified me from all unrighteousness and closed all doors to the devil into my life.

12. In Jesus’ name, I right now break every curse that has entered my life, my children, and my children's children, because of my past sins and my forefathers’ past sins.
13. In Jesus’ name, I bind and break the power of every demonic spirit over my life, my children, my children's children, right now.
14. In Jesus’ name, I command every spirit of darkness to leave me, my children, my children’s children, right now, including,
spirits of idolatry and witchcraft, sickness and death,
anger and violence, pride and racism, poverty and accidents,
gender confusion and sexual obsessions,
madness and mind-control, confusion and deception,
failure and defeat, drug-addiction and rebellion,
withdrawal and perfectionism, manipulation and control,
rejection, fear of rejection, self-rejection,
insecurity, inferiority, lust, harlotry, self-accusation,
compulsive confessions, jealousy, envy, depression,
day-dreaming, fantasy, strife, argument,
self-pity, loneliness, inadequacy, timidity, escapism, passivity,
shyness, talkativeness, suicide, self-will, suspicions, distrusts,
fears, accusation, selfishness, stubbornness, self-deception,
possessiveness, bitterness, hatred, unforgiveness,
violence, murder, retaliation, paranoia, schizophrenia, etc.
In Jesus’ name, I command all you demons to leave me right now, and never return.
Leave with every breath I breathe out.
Go, in Jesus’ name.
Leave and never return.
