God’s Plans Will Prevail Over Man’s Plans in Every Situation
1. God’s plans will prevail over man’s plans in every situation
The people of the world have made plans for their own lives, their own families, their churches, and the nations.
All these plans are evil plans if they are not in line with God's word.
On the other hand, God has revealed His plans for the nations, for His Church, for all families, and for every individual.
All these plans are found in His word.
And they are all good plans.
And God has said that His plans will prevail against man's plan in every situation.
In other words, we can build God's Kingdom on earth, in all areas of life, no matter what wicked things man has planned.
This is only possible if we pray to God and believe our miracles have come, and begin to declare the blessings of God over every situation we face.
And because God has said that He will do what we declare, no one can stop Him from blessing His people.
Thus His good plans will prevail over the wicked plans of man.
Proverbs 19:21 NIV
21 Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is Yehovah's purpose that prevails.
Psalm 33:10 NAS
10 Yehovah nullifies the counsel of the nations; He frustrates the plans of the peoples.
Isaiah 46:10
10 I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, “My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.”
2. We must believe that God has answered our prayers the very moment we ask Him for a blessing
Jesus has said that we must believe that we HAVE RECEIVED the miracle we asked for, the very instant we pray.
The blessing we asked for has come in the realm of the spirit the very moment we pray, not tomorrow, next week or next year (Mark 11:24).
Mark 11:24
24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you HAVE RECEIVED IT, and it will be yours.
3. We must then begin to decree and declare that our blessings have come, and God will do it for us
As we begin to declare and decree the blessings of God over our situation, God promised us that He will do what we decree (Mark 11:23; Matthew 18:19).
Mark 11:23
Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.
[says = makes a decree, makes a command]
Matthew 18:19
19 Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it WILL BE DONE FOR THEM by my Father in heaven.
4. And because God will do with His almighty power what we declare and decree, no one can stop Him from blessing His people
No one, not even a thousand bomohs or a million wicked men or all the demons of hell, can stop God from blessings His children as they decree His blessings over their situation.
This is because when God fulfills our decrees with His almighty power, no one is stronger than God to stop Him from blessing His people (Isaiah 14:27; 43:13; Romans 8:31).
Isaiah 14:27 NAS
27 "For Yehovah of Hosts has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched-out hand, who can turn it back?"
Isaiah 43:13
13 Yes, and from ancient days I am He. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?
Romans 8:31
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
5. When we make decrees after we have prayed, Jesus said that nothing shall be impossible for us
In other words, we can change every situation to align with the will of God.
In this way, God’s plans and purposes will prevail in every situation over the evil plans of man, when we decree the decrees of heaven.
Nothing shall be impossible for us to change (Matthew 17:20).
Matthew 17:20 NIV
20 Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

A TESTIMONY
GOD RESTORED A FAMILY RELATIONSHIP AFTER THE WIFE PERSEVERED IN HER DECREES FOR 7 MONTHS
Brother Andrew:
"A Christian sister sent me a Whatsapp message one day to say that her husband wants her to go and sign divorce papers.
She asked me for advice, 'What should I do?'
"I said, 'Do nothing, but make these short decrees every day.
"Declare every day:
1. God has forgiven my husband.
(John 20:23 NKJ)
2. He is a good husband to me and I am a good wife to him.
(Proverbs 18:22; Matthew 7:11)
3. My husband has the fear of God and repents of all his evil plans and words.
(Philippians 2:12; Matthew 4:17; Mark 11:23-24).
4. God has joined my husband and me together, and no one has power greater than God so as to be able to separate us, not even my husband.
(Matthew 19:6)
I taught her the truths of Mark 11:23-24, and she repented of her unbelief in Mark 11:24.
She begun to agree with God’s word, and decreed and declared with her mouth what God has decreed in heaven.
She persevered in her decrees no matter what happened in the home.
Whenever her husband spoke evil words, or did evil acts, she will no longer react to him and fight back as before.
Instead, she always forgave and blessed him and showed her love for him.
God changed her husband slowly, every day, every week, as she declared the blessings of heaven over him.
There were lots of ups and downs, like a rollercoaster.
However, by the end of 7 months, they became the best of friends again.
All glory be unto God!!!”

Comments (Brother Andrew)
1. The miracles of God are available to all God’s children, for every area of life (Matthew 17:20).
2. All we have to do is to agree with God’s good plans concerning our families or workplace or church or nation, and God will bring it to pass (Mark 11:23).
3. In the testimony above, lots of hours of counselling to the wife who is suffering will not change the husband’s heart.
But just making simple decrees according to God’s word will allow God’s power to intervene and change the situation.
4. Also, lots of hours of prayers by lots of people and by lots of prayer groups will be of no use, if we do not believe in Mark 11:24 that our prayers have been answered the very moment we asked God, and if we do not decree our blessings over our situation (Mark 11:23).
5. However, if we will just believe in Mark 11:23-24, and begin to believe that our prayers have been answered the very moment we asked God (Mark 11:24), and begin to declare His blessings over our lives (Mark 11:23), God’s power is released to bring us the miracles we need.
6. Through the testings we face, God is also changing our character to be more like Jesus, as we continue to persevere in forgiving and blessing others every day, in praying with thanksgiving, in decreeing every day, and in singing and rejoicing in God’s goodness every day.
Shalom
