PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS AND DECREES---25
BY GOD’S GRACE, I WILL DAILY KEEP MY HEART PURE
1. Our Lord Jesus has said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”
Therefore, by God’s grace, I will daily keep my heart pure.
In this way, I will see the glory and goodness of God.
(Matthew 5:8; John 11:40)
2. Therefore, I will daily purify my heart, and not be double-minded and doubt the word of God.
I will totally believe in God’s word alone, and never doubt His promises.
In this way, I will receive what I asked for, and will see the miracles and goodness and glory of God.
(James 1:8; 4:8; James 1:6-8; Mark 11:24; James 1:5-8; John 11:40)
3. I will daily meditate on God’s word and build up my faith in His word alone.
In this way, my unbelief and doubts and fears will be removed, and my heart will be pure and full of faith.
In this way, according to my faith, it shall be done to me, and I will see the glory of God.
(Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:2; Romans 10:17 NKJ ; Matthew 5:8; 9:29; John 11:40)
4. I will also daily purify my heart from everything that contaminates spirit and body, daily repenting of my sins and asking God for grace to do what is right in His eyes.
In this way, I will be holy in all that I say, do or think, always doing the will of my Father in heaven.
In this way, I will see and enjoy the presence and goodness and glory of God.
(2 Corinthians 7:1; Matthew 6:10; Hebrews 12:14)
5. Therefore, I will daily repent of all pride and stubbornness, all revenge and retaliation, all lukewarmness and apathy.
I will daily repent of my lack of mercy to others, all sexual impurity, all division and strife, all gossip and slander.
I will daily repent of all idolatry and witchcraft, self-centredness and rage, jealousy and envy, complaining and grumbling.
I will daily repent of all bitterness and unforgiveness.
For without holiness, no one can see God.
(Matthew 5:1-7:29; Galatians 5:19-21; Hebrews 12:14-15)
6. Therefore, I will set my heart on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
I will set my mind on things above, not on earthly things.
For the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
(Colossians 3:1-2; James 3:17)
7. Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—I will think about such things.
And the God of peace will be with me.
(Isaiah 26:3; Philippians 4:8-9)
