How to link a google doc to your blog, wiki or webpage:
upload the google doc to your Google doc account
open up the Google Doc
click "file"
click "share"
choose "anyone" to view instead of "private"
You should see in the box a link to share
copy and paste this link and put it in your blog, wiki or webpage
How to embed a google doc (pdf, ppt):
upload your file to your google doc account
open the file
click "file"
