NEW JERSEY CLE AND JENKINS

Effective January 1, 2010, any lawyer holding a license to practice law in New Jersey (whether possessing a plenary or limited license) is required to complete 24 hours of continuing legal education every two years, including at least four hours on topics related to ethics and professionalism. The Ben Franklin Inn of court , as an accredited provider of PA CLE, satisfies New Jersey CLE requirements via reciprocity.

After attending a meeting, you will need to retain a copy of the CLE Certificate of Attendance and your class materials in case you are audited. At the end of your compliance period you will certify to the NJ CLE Board that you have complied with the mandatory requirements.
