Session Reservations available on Saturday August 31 forward

Any: Saturday 9AM-1, and/or 1PM-5, and Sundays 1PM-5 Sessions

Regular weekend harvest 4 hour sessions can begin Saturdays 9AM to 1PM and 1-5pm as well, and Sundays 1-5PM beginning, August, the weekend of 30th. Special Sessions may be arranged Tuesdays through Thursdays. We need to keep Mondays and Friday open for harvest day recovery and weekend preparation. You can always eMail me personally to verify, or call 484-648-0381 too.

Make sure you have viewed the CONSENT Page, Release Document. Using the Harvest SignUp Page confirms you have viewed the Consent Page and accept the Release Document (Release.pdf) with all implied conditions.

There is some spooky Server Extensions Configuration problem I cannot find at the moment. You can IGNOR that Error, and you will be contacted and verified as signed up with in 48 hours or sooner upon Submitting the Form. "Walk-ins" are always welcome without signing up, to join in the harvest with other attending groups any time.

• The Release Form is important to each individual who will attend. No less, by attending all individuals consent to the public posted Release Form, should you forget to bring it along.
• Which Field? You will know what field to report to, before your scheduled date, within 24 hours of the scheduled date and usually by 2 weeks. This is dynamic due to many variables, such as harvesters, the recent field weather conditions and so on. Watch the Calendar for changes and its Map to the site when that's decided.
• Work to be done. There are jobs which need to be done other then being in the field than the key job of picking potatoes into buckets such as: gathering filled potato buckets on to the collecting tractors, filling 5# bags of potatoes at a table for groups who are taking back to their local food pantry of choice, setting up pallets with bins and directing that working area when potatoes come in for filling, policing numbers of your youth if attending, working in Hospitality; preparations, the hot dog grill, preparing culled potatoes for the French fryer, frying French fries, serving the volunteers and the like, clean up, sitting in your lawn chair in the shade cheering others on for a nice day out. Yes, rigor challenged and less mobile persons have positions to fill. We had a group of wheelchair bound folks filling 5# potato bags in prior sessions, and working the French fry cutter.

Note that - your "date" is typically not exclusive. We simply need to know about how many people to expect.

Make sure you verify the assigned Harvest Plot Site through the Calendar, as things change day to day during harvest season.
