Participation through a school

Thank you for your interest in our research! 

You will have seen a flyer about this project advertised via your school, which means your child's school principal has agreed for your child's school to take part in this project.  

By clicking on the link below you will be able to access information for parents/guardians, as well as another information you can share with your child. If you will then be able to complete a consent form for your child to participate. We would be grateful if you also completed a consent form for yourself so you can provide us more information about your child, through a questionnaire which should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
