DeWinterize/ReWinterize

When doing an Inspection you must contact the Property Manager (FSM) to have

permission to Dewinterize and then Rewinterize the property. The contacts

are as follows:

Utility Activation BLM

Utility Companies

Should there be any indication of plumbing issues on the PCR (Property Condition Report)the FSM will not allow the property to be dewinterized.

For Home Inspections: allowed 15 days to perform, go to Winning/Bidding Procedures on www.hudmdstore.com ...on bottom see utility activation, contact Field Service Manager (FSM) for Dewinterization/Rewinterization.
