Smoothie
Toppings
1 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
1/2 fresh banana, sliced
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp shaved coconut
1 tbsp dry roasted peanuts
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (sugar and salt free)
1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- Add smoothie ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for a thicker consistency and pour into a bowl. Top smoothie with banana, chia seeds, coconut and peanuts. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips and drizzle on top of smoothie. Enjoy!
