How to send large files with OneDrive in Outlook

Step 1: Log into your Outlook account.

Step 2: Click in the upper-right corner.

Step 3: Select OneDrive.

Step 4: Click Upload and select Files or Folder.

Step 5: Select a file from your computer and click Open.

Step 6: Hover mouse over a file you want to share and check the button in the upper-right corner. You can select multiple items.

Step 7: Click Share.

Step 8: Adjust the privacy setting. You can allow recipients to edit your files or not by checking or unchecking Allow editing.

Step 9: Select either Get a link or Email.

If you choose Get a link, the service will automatically generate a link to access your file. You can copy the link and send it to your recipient.

If you choose Email, enter an email address and a message then click Share.
