A group photo of the gym team taken,I guess around 1924/5.My uncle Albert Mobbs is on the far right being supported by two other persons

My mother was Sarah L'Enfant, she was at Hornchurch 1917-1924 and my father William Mobbs was also there during that time and they eventually married in 1937.
My wife's parents also were at Hornchurch, I met their daughter at one of the"old boy's and girls day's" when we were aged 7 and 6 and we are now in our 43rd year of marriage.So you could say it wasn't all bad there! In fact our parents looked on the Homes with many good memories.
