Vi is not sure if this at the Cottage Homes or an outside school.

One reason is that boys and girls were not allowed to mix in the Home,

The girls dresses look to be less regimented,

but I am thinking that if we can pick out the dresses which appear similar, then those girls would be from the Homes.

I've looked at the boys and wonder if the ones in gray shirts are from the Home.
