2018 Walk Programme

The Club is unable to accept liability for loss or injury to members whilst on organised walks.

Members are reminded that they should always be appropriately clothed and shod, observe the Highway and Country Codes and follow the leader's directions.

A packed lunch is required for all coach trips and for all-day car walks.

All car walks start at the Catholic Church and local non-car walks at the library.

Pick up points for coach walks are as detailed on the booking forms.

18th Sept, 13.30, cars, [Axminster Area] Broadhembury Area, moderate, 5.5 miles The recce for this walk showed that the planned Axminster route was not viable for a large group. As a result this walk will be replaced by one out of Broadhembury to and around Knowles Wood and Downlands Plantations. It is about 5.5 miles and while the walk overall is moderate it does include one short but steep climb, and subsequent descent.
