World Leadership Congress (WLC)

HOBY’s largest and longest running youth leadership event, the World Leadership Congress (WLC) is the next step on your leadership journey. You’ll build your leadership skills with over 450 other young people from around the United States and the world.

The WLC is designed to empower high school juniors and seniors to become more mature, confident, cognizant leaders and active global citizens. In this week-long, interactive educational program, you will learn from leaders in a variety of fields, participate in hands-on workshops and community service projects and of course, have fun!

The 2021 World Leadership Congress takes place in a hybrid format from July 25–31. 2020 and 2021 alumni may attend.
