The PTO is happy to offer a free membership option so donation is never a barrier to joining the PTO. If you're able to donate, please do! Membership donations play a critical role in funding grants, teacher appreciation, and more. Starting in the 2023-24 school year, memberships will renew annually via PayPal. Annual membership term is aligned to the school year Jul 1 2023 - June 29 2024. The PTO is a 501(c)(3) so all donations are tax-deductible.

** This year we are streamlining our process!  If you plan to support the PTO again next year (and we hope that you do!) please choose one of the member levels below to sign up for our "auto-renew" option.   This will allow you to make your membership donation today and will automatically recur annually.  Save yourself a step and help us keep our fundraising on track! (And of course opt out through paypal anytime...)

Membership Requirements & Privacy

To be eligible to become a PTO member one must be a parent or guardian of a student enrolled in the current school year or be a currently employed HPS staff member.  As a matter of privacy, only members who meet these requirements will be eligible to receive a PTO Student Directory which is provided for the sole purpose of information sharing and community building among the families and staff of the Harvard School system. Other interested community members are welcome and encouraged to please donate to help support PTO programs and to join our distribution list to stay informed of current and upcoming PTO programs and fundraisers.
