PTO Business Partners contribute a significant amount to the Harvard PTO's budget each year. Your donations enable us to provide Hildreth Elementary School and The Bromfield School with programs and resources that enrich the curriculum and fall outside of the school budget, including:

live and virtual field trips
classroom supplies and educational materials
grants to meet teacher, staff and student needs in an ever changing educational environment
teacher and staff appreciation

FILE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All business partner should please send your prefered logo to use in our electronic publication and promotions.

All silver partners and above should also please send your digital artwork for your directory ad (see sizes above)

Please submit artwork to news@harvardpto.org

Files and images must be high-resolution (300 dpi): All color must be B&W. No spot colors. Please do not include crop marks, registration marks or color bars.

PREFERRED DIGITAL FORMAT

High-resolution PDF, flattened TIF & JPEG files accepted. Email to info@harvardpto.org. All artwork submitted must be the correct size.

APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and high-resolution Adobe PDFs. Note: Illustrator files must have all fonts converted to outlines and all images must be embedded into the file. Photoshop files have to be 300 dpi. All files must be B&W. No spot colors.

APPLICATIONS NOT ACCEPTED

Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, PageMaker, CorelDraw or any other application NOT listed above. Images downloaded from websites will not be accepted.

MEDIA ACCEPTED

We can accept digital files through CD, DVD, email and wetransfer.com. Email digital files (under 1mb) to info@harvardpto.org. Please include all support files and fonts with your document.

CUSTOM SERVICES, TYPESETTING AND REPAIR WORK

The Harvard PTO will make changes or deletions to your ad, provided the changes are submitted PRIOR to the materials close date. We cannot make changes to flattened/uneditable art.
