Good Things & Beautiful Trees are coming our way in 2017!

Hanover Park Homeowners have voted & have chosen to proceed with the Boulevard Tree Project as presented.

The endeavor passed with 54.6% affirmative approval (& A LOT of dedicated volunteers!!)

The project will be funded by way of a one-time special assessment of $150.00.

Beautifying and bringing vibrancy & health back to the Boulevard will begin in 2017.

1.) ENJOY your holiday season

2.) Billing & collection preferences are now being reviewed by your Board of Directors and Towne Properties.

The community will be provided further detailed information for payment in the near future.
