2022 Pool Season

With great anticipation both pools are scheduled to open Saturday, May 28th. In the Documents section you will find the community’s Pool Rules. Please take a moment and re-familiarize yourself with the hours and regulations. You, and your guests, will be expected to abide by them. The pools are one of Hanover Park’s most utilized amenities and we have made every attempt to make the pool accessible and enjoyable for all the homeowners and their guests. As in years past, your community will again have pool monitors to assist in protecting the community’s best amenities. Their main responsibility is to ensure that only homeowners and guests patron the pools and that the visitors have the privileges to do so. For this reason, you MUST have your pool access fob* with you at all times. You will be asked to leave and return with the fob assigned to your home prior to gaining access to the pools. Access will be denied if this is not on your persons when visiting the pools. Please understand that this policy is not to offend or deter homeowners from enjoying the pool this summer, but simply a measure to ensure fairness and the pool goers present have satisfied their portion of costs to enjoy the pools for 2022. If a fob is not operational, there is a reason as to why.

Anyone that has an outstanding balance with the Association currently has their pool privileges revoked. Please contact Rachel at Towne Properties 859-291-5858 to discuss activating your fob once payment has been satisfied.

Also, remember:

• QUALITY SWIM DIAPERS. It is extremely expensive to close the pool and treat for ‘accidents’ in the pools.

• If beverages are brought to the pool area, please remember that absolutely NO GLASS and NO ALCOHOL is permitted.
