2016 Annual Meeting Notice

The 2016 Annual Meeting for Hanover Park Homeowners' Association will be held on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016 at 7pm at the Burlington Baptist Church located at 3031 Washington Street, Burlington, KY 41005 in the recreation center.

Please mark your calendars so you can be sure to attend. Several important issues will be discussed at the meeting and your participation is NEEDED more than ever!

You should have received a copy of the meeting notice via mail. If you did not receive this notice, please contact Towne Properties at 859-291-7767.

Topics to be discussed at the meeting:

1. Two (2) residents will be elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term. Interested in running? Please contact Towne with your interest and the following information by March 29th. jennymckinney@towneproperites.com

  • How long you have lived in community

  • Experience/Background

  • Why you want to serve on the board

2.Tree Replacement Project - Several homeowners were concerned about the condition of the Pear trees on the Boulevard and Utz Lane. The board of directors appointed a Tree Committee to research and present a proposal as to the future of the trees. Their efforts will be presented at the annual meeting along with a proposed special assessment that requires homeowner vote to seek funding to carry out their proposal. If you are not able to attend the meeting, but would like further information on the proposal and your opportunity to voice your vote, please contact Towne Properties for further information.

3. Homeowner participation is very important to the governance of your community. Your attendance at the annual meeting enters you into a drawing to receive a $250 credit toward your 2017 homeowner's dues. You must be present at the time of announcement and homeowners with a 30+ day delinquency are ineligible to participate.

Questions should be specific to the community association and of general interest to the entire community. An example of such would be landscaping, pool issues, etc. Individual issues or concerns should be brought to your board of directors at a later date.
