2018 Pool Season is upon us!
(May 26, 2018 thru September 3, 2018)
You may have seen activity at the pool in preparation for 2018 pool opening, but as in years past, the pool cannot be open until it passes the Health Inspection. Although it will look very inviting, the pool is on schedule to open Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 9 a.m. – 9p.m.
Attached you will find the Community’s Pool Rules. Please take a moment and re-familiarize yourself with the hours and regulations. You, and your guests, will be expected to abide by them. The pools are one of Hanover Park’s most utilized amenities and we have made every attempt to make the pool accessible and enjoyable for all the homeowners and their guests. Accessing the pools is done by way of the fob assigned to your home. You will NOT be able to access the pools without a fob. In the next few weeks: search & dust off your fob! IF a replacement is needed, contact Towne Properties at your earliest convenience. 859-291-5858.
Entering pool gates: Do not ask your fellow neighbors/pool goers to open the gate, nor should anyone enjoying the facility open the gate for someone requesting them to do so. Please understand that if a fob is not operational, there is a reason why. And IF someone does not have a fob, they may not be a homeowner. Therefore, if either of these 2 scenarios occur the person(s) attempting to access the pool facility should be directed to contact Towne Properties to inquire further.
Pool Maintenance / Issues: If there are any maintenance issues (pool, restrooms, etc.) please contact Towne to report, 859-291-5858. If any resident witnesses anyone committing a criminal act or damaging property, please call the police to report 859-334-2175 (non-emergency line) and as always, if a true emergency, dial 911.
Anyone that has an outstanding balance with the Association currently has their pool privileges revoked. Please contact Jenny McKinney at Towne Properties to discuss activating your fob once payment has been satisfied. 859-291-5858.
Also, remember:
QUALITY SWIM DIAPERS. It is extremely expensive to close the pool and treat for ‘accidents’ in the pools.
If beverages are brought to the pool area, please remember that absolutely NO GLASS is permitted.
Have a safe, sunny and enjoyable summer!
*There is one pool fob per home. A $50.00 replacement fee exists.
Contact Amy or Jenny at Towne Properties for more information.
