We wanted to give some updates / reminders now that we're into the summer season.
1.) Lawn Application was applied (06/23/2017) on the grass in along the boulevard and common areas.
2.) Pool season is well underway. Please keep in mind:
a.) Applications must be submitted for pool parties and to reserve the shelter area. Applications can be found under the
Documents link of the website under "Pool Information".
b.) Pool Monitors are in place at both pools. Please treat all monitors with respect as they are there to help ensure
homeowner satisfaction at the pools and to ensure that only Hanover residents are using the pools.
c.) Please do not prop the gates open at the pools. If no monitor is present, please make sure the gate closes behind you.
If opened too wide, the gates will lock in an open position. Please pull gate shut.
d.) The pool rules can also be found under the Documents link. These rules are provided for your safety.
e.) The torn funbrella at Pool 1 will be replaced soon - umbrellas are on backorder with the vendor.
3.) Tree Update:
a.) Water bags have now been installed on all trees. Bella was out on Wednesday (06/21) and installed and filled the bags. They
also straightened the trees and pruned some of the "wild" looking ones.
b.) There are 2 trees that will be replaced in the fall. One on Hanover and one on Utz. These trees have been cut down. Due
to the season, the trees will be planted in the fall (October/November time frame when trees lose leaves and go dormant).
c.) Ryan at Bella notified us that Derek (whom was at some of our annual meetings - he was the younger gentleman) has
become unexpectedly ill. Please keep him in your thoughts as he battles through his illness.
4.) Architectural Applications:
a.) Summer is the season for home updates. Please remember to complete an architectural application for exterior
improvements. Details on what needs an application can be found in Hanover's covenants. Both the application and
Covenants can be found under the Documents Link under the "Home Owner Association" category.
