Dear Reader,
You are invited to participate in a survey aimed to identify a set of essential features for a potential assistance system for car drivers. This project is funded by the “Chair of Excellence” project supported by the French National Research Agency (ANR) attributed to Professor Adriana Tapus. The research on vocal assistance system for car drivers is carried out by Professor Adriana Tapus and her postdoc student Thi-Hai-Ha Dang. The study aims addressing a certain number of questions related to the driver’s cognitive level, such as stress, drowsiness, and attentional tunelling.
A wide range of Advance Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are available nowadays. The goal of our work is to develop a personalized and efficient method of communication between the driver and his/her car assistance system. Our motivation is quite simple. Although most of the existing ADAS are intelligent enough to prevent traffic dangerous situations, they are very limited in ways of interacting with the driver.
We propose a survey on people's driving behavior and their preferences for a potential assistance system in order to develop such a human-centered model. Your participation to this survey is very valuable for us!
To complete the survey, please click on the link below. The survey will remain open until 15th of July 2013:
