For me, it was Mark's simple statement, whether the shortcuts we create on an apps page are designed to encourage our students, or unwittingly set up artificial barriers to effective learning.
That's the kind of attention to detail I saw from our lead learners at GTAUK.
It has been a privilege to learn from educators who are truly world leaders in their fields, yet who not only retain such a high level of enthusiasm for their work but also a passion for their own students' learning.
