The first Rotations were a massive eye-opener to me.
On one level, it was a bit overwhelming - finding out that there is so much I haven't been doing,
which could save not just me, but the other teachers I come into contact with,
work alongside and who rely on me for CPD a whole lot of stress and hassle.
Not to mention the students - the concept of building learning communities isn't new to me,
but to see the way others have carefully thought through a number of issues makes me
wonder what I've been doing all this time...
On the whole though, it has been an encouraging experience to be challenged.
