Reading through the reflections posted by other GCTs at GTAUK has reminded me of one thing that has impressed me about the calibre of the event.
The people sharing their stuff with us were not speaking from the viewpoint of 'This might be a nice idea...'
They were all extremely successful teachers, sharing tools and strategies that had actually helped them in the classroom.
