In accordance with the 2019 adopted budget, the quarterly dues will increase from $450 to $475. The additional $25 is targeted towards the capital reserves to avert the necessity of a future special assessment. Currently two buildings need new roofs at an estimated cost of $30,000 each. In addition, the parking lot is beyond repair and needs to be completely redone. The cost of completing this alone is near $100,000. The current balance of the capital reserves is approximately $67,000, which is not sufficient to complete these types of reserve items.
Payment Coupons are being mailed out. The first quarterly fees are due on January 1, 2019, with subsequent quarterly fees due on April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st; with NO additional reminders being sent. If you have autopay set up, please make the necessary adjustments to accommodate the increase. Failure to submit the entire payment may result in subsequent late fees.
