2015 BUDGET AND ASSESSMENTS

The 2015 budget was passed by the new Board, which maintains the quarterly assessment the same as last year. The quarterly dues are set at $450.00 a quarter. The Board has provided Payment Coupons for your convenience; however, if you need more they can be found in the Resource Center. Please remember that no reminders are sent when payments become due. The due dates for 2015 payments are: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. There is a 15 day grace period, with a $45.00 late fee assessed on the 16th. If not paid by the end of the month, an 18% per annum finance charge is assessed daily, retroactive to the due date, until paid.

The monthly assessments that you pay are the true lifeline to keeping our Community in a healthy financial state. A vast majority of Glade Condo unit owners pay their assessments on-time. We are thankful for your care of your Community. The Association depends on your monthly assessments to maintain the common areas, water & sewer costs, trash removal, common electrical expenses, insurance, etc.
