About Us

The Glade Condominium Association, which was developed in 1988, is located off North Shumaker Drive, on Canvasback Court in Salisbury, Maryland, near the Glade Pond.

The Association is comprised of of six buildings with a total of 44 units. The units are two and three bedroom townhomes and condominiums, which are mostly owner occupied.
