IMPORTANT INSURANCE CHANGES

Travelers Insurance will remain as the Association's Master Policyholder for the upcoming year (2015-2016). The deductible continues to be $2,500. Remember that the Unit Owner shall be responsible for reimbursing the Association for the deductible if the claim damage originates within/from the Owner's Unit. Check with your homeowner's insurance to ensure that it covers this deductible reimbursement. REFER TO INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE NOTICE in the Resource Center for further information.
