I am a junior research group leader (Emmy Noether Programme), "Computational Modelling" group,

at the Department of Psychology, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

In my research, I am studying how our experience with regularities in the world shapes how we think

about things, and how we can draw from our experience to think about things we haven't experienced (yet).

Most of my work relies on computational models based on large collections of data,

which are supposed to reflect our experience with our environment.
