Language Resources: methodologies of syntactic and semantic annotation for spoken and written corpora; automatic extraction of lexical/terminological/ontological resources, annotation & representation standards (XML-LMF, RDF, OWL); LR lifecycle, documentation, metadata; LR infrastructures (CLARIN).

Natural Language Processing: quantitative analysis/detection of syntactic and semantic features of large text samples; automatic induction of semantic information by using supervised or unsupervised algorithms; Named Entity recognition and linking

Digital Humanities: automatic analysis of literary texts, characterization in theatrical plays.
