Registration is now open!
All details are listed below, and again on the registration form. In addition to registering for the conference, participants will also be able to register for the banquet and excursion.
Because registration is processed by the Fields Institute in Canada, all charges will be made in Canadian dollars. Although registration is most easily processed online, participants can also reach the Fields Institute via fax (+1.416.348.9759) or mail (Alison Conway, Fields Institute, 222 College St, Toronto, ON M5T 3J1, Canada).
There are many other Chicago events during the week of FPSAC, so all housing should be booked as soon as possible. Note that hotels often charge taxes on top of the prices that they quote, but that is not the case for the dormitory.
May 24 update -- dorm registration is now closed.
June 2 update -- banquet and excursion registrations are now closed.
Conference registration includes attendance to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, and the registration package.

FPSAC has secured a limited number of double-occupancy dormitory rooms in Clifton-Fullerton Hall, two blocks from where the talks will occur. Dorm reservations should be made as soon as possible. Dorm beds will go to the first people to request them, and the cost increases for reservations made after April 15. The beds can only be booked for the full period, with an arrival date of Saturday, June 28 and a departure date of Friday, July 4. Dorm guests will receive a blanket, pillow, soap, sheets, pillowcase, towel, and wireless internet access, and each room shares a bathroom with one other room.
Anyone requiring a dorm room with special accessibility considerations (e.g., appropriate for a wheelchair) should reserve a room and then email fpsac2014@gmail.com by May 1. Any roommate requests should also be made to fpsac2014@gmail.com, with “roommate request” in the subject line.

Banquet: Goose Island Brewery
Date: Wednesday, July 2
Location: 1800 North Clybourn Avenue, Chicago
Cost: US$60/person (CAN$67/person)
Goose Island is Chicago's most famous microbrewery, founded on the principle that "the right food and great beer enhance each other exceptionally, creating the perfect partnership." The menu is inspired by World Beer Cup winning brews, sourced by local farmers who raise animals fed by the same grains used to make the beer. The loft tap will include a selection of seasonal craft beers and old favorites such as 312 Urban Wheat Ale and Honkers Ale. The banquet also includes an optional tour of the brewing facility.
Deadline to register for the banquet: June 1
Excursion: Architecture boat tour
