Viðar is a beautiful stallion with a stellar temperment and five quality gaits. He has excelled on the competition track receiving the National Ranking for the highest green horse in four gait in 2022 and 2023. He has also successfully competed in the youth classes ranking in the top 5 for T8 and V6. Over the past year, he has been successful in intermediate four gait and tolt and helped his girl receive a spot on the US Team for the FEIF Youth Cup 2026 by successfully competing in open level T1 and V1. Viðar shines on and off the track, he is an amazingly brave trail horse who has no problem riding alone, with big groups, or mares. He has been such a gentleman for his girl who received him christmas when she was 11 and he was only 5! The bond they have formed together over the years has been magical to watch grow. 

Viðar has several offspring on the ground and they all posess his friendly and brave temperment, easy gaits and fun colors! He has both the silver and creme gene so he has produced quite the rainbow of foals! He will be available to serve mares in the 2026 season at our farm in Eugene, OR. AI also available.

$800 evaluated mares (1st or 2nd prize)

All mares must be purebred registered Icelandic Horses. 

Registration of foals with the USIHC is required.
