Breaks Interstate Park lies on the border of Virginia and Kentucky. While most of the park actually lies within Virginia, some of the most dramatic parts of the park are in Kentucky. Noelle and Eric visited this park just after we had moved to eastern Kentucky in the summer of 2005.
