We spent three winter seasons living and working at southeast New Mexico's Carlsbad Caverns National Park. As a result, we got to know the southern part of the Land of Enchantment fairly well. There are certainly some treasures to be found in the state, among them are Chaco Culture National Historic Park, Bandelier National Monument, the Gila National Forest, and Aztec Ruins National Monument. We enjoyed our time in New Mexico so much that we decided to return in the late summer of 2011. We enjoyed exploring the Land of Enchantment until we left New Mexico for Tennessee in March of 2013.
