The Alchemist Novel Review

So I just finished reading the book The Alchemist it's 171 page book by Brazilian author Paulo Coelho he was born in 1947 and in the span of all his books that he has written he has sold over a hundred and fifty million copies so I understand guys you don't have to like his books so please respect the guy for pursuing his personal legend and pouring his heart and soul into writing to deliver his treasure to the world. The Alchemist PDF has been translated over 65 languages and has sold over 65 million copies becoming an international bestseller. But it was not an overnight success in the first few weeks he sold one copy when he first published the book in the 80s and then six months later it sold copy number two to the same person so it was a complete failure the publisher cut the contract with him the book he was 41 and desperate at this point but he did not lose faith he continued to knock on doors and it wasn't until a couple years later in American visit Brazil kah is the book caught his eye and wanted to help him get a publisher United States long story short they became an underground hit spread by worth of met word of mouth and now becoming this international bestseller and look guys there are some harsh critics and I get it it's not for everybody some people say it's cliche some people say it doesn't go deep enough into the topic but look it's not for you then it's not for you it's a simple book it's meant to be simple it's meant to be a quick read and easy reefer to reach a general audience. The Book has been Now sold millions of times. Apart from hard copy, it is also available in hard form, including PDF, The Alchemist EPub etc.

I look as books as mentors just like if somebody wants to become a surfer sure surround yourself with a bunch of surfers if you want to become bridge surround yourself with a bunch of rich people hey but wait when it comes down to it a lot of people don't have those opportunities so what's the next big thing books pick up your buck because peoples had to live these lives that you're striving to live my favorite part of the book is when the shepherd boy meets the alchemist and he comes to a crossroads at one point he says Hey I have almost gold in my pocket I'm wealthy I could live out the rest of my life how I want to and I just girl at the Oasis Fatima I'll be happy like the rest of my life with her and to have this prestigious position as a counselor that the King has proclaimed me with and Alchemist says to him hey you know that path you know where it ends at the in the first year it may be fine you may not think about your personal legend but when years past it's gonna be growing in the back your mind saying hey I need to pursue my personal legend when you finally bring yourself up to it years have passed time has run out and the opportunity has gone away hey guys final thought if you're struggling right now I want you to get a deeper meaning out of life or a deeper purpose or pursuing your own personal legend maybe that is you know getting healthier losing weight or eating differently or making a career change I know in my life I've used this book to inspire me to continue pursuing a vegan lifestyle and helping others getting better with their health so to wrap it up I leave you guys with my favorite quote from the book it goes and when you want something all the universe conspires on helping you to achieve it.
