A building such as this takes time to be accepted as part of the established scene.

The forms of the corners of each floor are proportional to the overall shape of the building completing a layered pyramid with the apex missing.

It comprises basement, ground and first floors with the provision for the addition of two more storeys later. The main feature of the project is its 7,000 square feet convention and conference area which can be divided into a number of rooms. Exterior is of white exposed concrete with manganese face bricks.
