Inês Mota, MSc

Inês completed her Bachelor's degree in Biology and her Master's in Cell and Molecular Biology at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP). Her research experience has predominantly focused on Molecular Biology. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto (FFUP), under the supervision of Prof Lucília Saraiva, and is an R&D Researcher at BEAT Therapeutics. Her PhD project focuses on the validation and development of optimized derivatives of a first-in-class targeted pharmacological agent for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
