Carla Carvalho, MSc

Carla Carvalho obtained her degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2016 at the University of Aveiro. In 2018, she completed her MSc degree in Applied Biochemistry, with a specialisation in Biomedicine at the University of Minho. Until 2020, she worked on the project “Pre-clinical evaluation of optimized Miltefosine derivatives for the treatment  of leishmaniasis and sleeping sickness” at the i3s institute.  Currently, she is a research fellow at 3DUnit, under the supervision of Lucilia Saraiva.
