Do I need to request access to course sites?
Students are automatically and continuously enrolled into (or removed from) course sites every 6 hours using enrollment information from WebAdvisor. If you believe you should have access to a course site (or should be removed from a course site), contact the Registrar's Office to check on the status of your enrollment.
When are course sites made available to students?
By default, course sites are not made available to students until the first official day of the course (the date posted in WebAdvisor as the starting date). Occasionally, instructors will make course sites available to students before the first day.
How long do students have access to course sites?
By default, course sites are made unavailable to students 14 days after the course end date (date posted in WebAdvisor). Occasionally, instructors will make course sites available to students longer.
Where can I find resources?
This resource center was created specifically for Blackboard resources for student. It contains links to helpful guides and support documentation for Blackboard features and common tasks. If you are new to Blackboard, you can self-enroll into a self-paced online tutorial by clicking on the New to Blackboard? folder and selecting the enroll option for the student orientation course.
