Deliveroo Onboarding Decision Tree

Let the applicant know that right now we are running a special offer on our core kit items - they can get it for free!
Explain what the core kit items are:

1. Reflective jacket (bike and scooter)

2. Backpack or box (bike and scooter)

3. Small thermal bag (bike, scooter and car)

4. Large thermal bag (car)

5. Phone mount for cyclists

If an applicant does not want free Deliveroo kit, they must show you their own items of core kit which meet Deliveroo’s health and safety standards

Instruct the applicant to check their email and follow the link to Shopify. Ensure they select all core kit items - these will zero automatically when they checkout
In some cases the applicant will get charged for kit, there can be a number or reasons why. Firstly make sure the applicant is signing up to Shopify with their original email in fountain. Secondly, if the applicant is an existing rider, Shopify will still have them on file, in this case, slack supply and ask them to give you a Rooturner reset.
If you have any jackets to hand, allow applicants to try on different sizes
Explain to applicants that they can purchase other non-kit items on the Shopify store at any time
Once an applicant has ‘purchased’ the core kit items from Shopify, or they have shown you their own kit, move them into the App Activation stage
